I stayed at Mövenpick Pecenongan and had a very pleasant overall experience. The room features a modern design with a comfortable and functional layout. The lighting was well-balanced, creating a relaxing atmosphere without being too dim or too bright. The bed quality was excellent, allowing for a very restful sleep. Cleanliness is definitely a strong point. The room, bathroom, and public areas were all well-maintained and hygienic. Small details such as linens and in-room amenities were also in great condition, which enhanced the overall comfort of the stay. The hotel ambiance feels calm and somewhat exclusive, even though it is located in a busy area. This makes it a great option for guests who value a peaceful environment for rest. Facilities are also well-maintained. The swimming pool area is clean and comfortable, suitable for relaxing or unwinding. Other areas of the hotel are also thoughtfully arranged to support a pleasant stay experience. In terms of service, the staff were professional, friendly, and responsive. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient. Overall, the stay offers a balanced combination of comfort, cleanliness, facilities, and service. Suitable for both leisure and short stays.

Our stay at Mövenpick Hotel Jakarta City Centre was truly a memorable one, filled with both small hiccups and genuinely heartfelt service that made all the difference. We had booked the Executive Room, quietly hoping for a suite upgrade as an Accor Platinum member. Unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked at the time, so that wasn’t possible initially. Our first room (906) also turned out to be quite warm, likely due to an air-conditioning issue. The team responded promptly.. coming in multiple times to check and repair but despite their efforts, the room remained uncomfortable. After about six hours, they arranged for us to move to another room (908), which was perfectly cool (just the way we like it). What truly touched us, however, was what happened next. The following day, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a beautiful deluxe suite, along with a thoughtful cheese platter from the Duty Manager. A special thank you to Ms. Yolanda and her team, who went above and beyond throughout our stay.. constantly checking in, ensuring every room we moved to met expectations, and making us feel genuinely cared for. It wasn’t just about fixing issues—it was the sincerity, attentiveness, and warmth that turned everything around. We leave with full hearts… and we will definitely be back!

We did a staycation at this hotel because we wanted to try Pecenongan’s culinary. The hotel is conveniently located. You can just walk to go to some famous restaurants there. Service was good. We did a staycation at this hotel because we wanted to try Pecenongan’s culinary. The hotel is conveniently located. You can just walk to go to some famous restaurants there. Service was good. The room was spacious and clean. Unfortunately, the AC was not too cool even though we already maxed it. We also booked a queen room but it turned out they just combined two double beds, making it slightly uncomfortable. But overall, it’s a good stay.
