“Excellent service”
I would like to thank the entire staff of aston lampung for their excellent service. Starting from the reception staff who are very smiling and very friendly as well as the bellboy who is very helpful. “cleanliness and friendliness”
Nice hotel, but The floor is not very clean, especially in the corners and edges of the floor. The staff on duty at the entrance are not very friendly.

The hotel is not in centre of the city. But not far from everywhere. Big room , clean , and its like new room. Near the beach of Lampung. And 5 minutes from the hotel there s some restaurant. So no need to worry. Have smoking room in cafe same level with lobby

“Aston expected.”
As aston...very standard. As expected. But we did not get what we order. We ordered double bed and we got twins. Service is polite and good. Boy...the lobby is hot....ac is not cold enough, maybe cause Lampung is hot. Location is good. Sea view.
