“Good staff”
We are so happy with the staff. We booked the room via whatsApp. The staff named Prasetyo helped us through the process. But unfortunately we couldn't go to Lampung and Prass also helped us to cancel the room. And he also helped us to get full refund. It was very nice. Thanks

“Wonderful Stay”
I stay for 2 night here and surprisingly its 2 star hotel but the service was 5 star hotel. So wlcoming and wonderful. From security until the engineering. When I was complaining about the noisy voice from outside, the staff directly handle it. Thank you pop hotel

“Great Service”
Great location, easy to reach, close to city center, clean hotel, nice breakfast by providing selections of instant noodle, great staff specially Ms. Suci ( Front Desk Agent ) she is friendly and informative.
