We spent 5 nights here for our honeymoon and had an incredible stay/experience. The hotel itself was magnificent and decorated in a classic style. The staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure every need was met. The choice of pool or beach kept things fresh every day, and the walkways down the cliffs to the shore were an excellent opportunity to see the local wildlife. We’re not usually beach people, but this one kept us coming back for more 😆 The food and dining experience was excellent. Although, it was slightly overpriced. Could have done with some cheaper lunch options especially within the hotel grounds. That said, there was a selection of local restaurants to give you the choice which was great. We enjoyed a couples massage during our stay. This was also brilliant and very relaxing. The Spa facilities were nice, but we opted to skip these as they also felt slightly overpriced. All in all though, a fantastic stay and great choice for the honeymoon. Would recommend :)

“Poor food quality”

The hotel is great due to its location, big territory and direct private access to sea. That is why we have been visiting it every year until now. This year however it is clear that the quality of food for dinner dropped from 5 stars to 3 stars and no longer matches the quality of the hotel. Since … lisää

The hotel is great due to its location, big territory and direct private access to sea. That is why we have been visiting it every year until now. This year however it is clear that the quality of food for dinner dropped from 5 stars to 3 stars and no longer matches the quality of the hotel. Since there are almost no fine-dining restaurants in Maratea to visit instead, we have decided that next year we will go to a different place and hotel.
