“Relaxing holiday at the beach”

Very convenient location right next to the beach. Very friendly and attentive staff at the hotel and "Animatores" at the beach. Rooms are very small, but ok since we did not spend much time there besides to sleep. Excellent food, with good choice even for vegetarians. It would be helpful though … lisää

Very convenient location right next to the beach. Very friendly and attentive staff at the hotel and "Animatores" at the beach. Rooms are very small, but ok since we did not spend much time there besides to sleep. Excellent food, with good choice even for vegetarians. It would be helpful though if the food descriptions where in English as well, not just Italian. We were surprised that the animation programme was not just for kids, but for adults as well. I also joined some sport activities which was nice. Our kids did not join many activities without parents because they felt insecure as the only ones not speaking Italian. Overall we had a great time at King Marte and got exactly what we wanted (a relaxing beach holiday).

“Wonderful staff, food and beach”

Wonderful place with amazing staff and beautiful energy. Rooms are very small that's why we did not give 5 stars. Everything else is perfect. Wonderful place for family with kids. The animation team is lovely

A place worth experiencing, a very remarkable vacation. The stuff very welcoming and supportive. The activities available can’t be forgotten. Lots of faces can’t be forgotten and wish them all the best. It is highly recommended to try it

We had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel! Positives: Our room was always very clean, and both lunch and especially dinner were far better than expected for a hotel in this category – truly impressive! The staff overall was very friendly, but we would like to give special thanks to Alice, Lucrezia, Salvatore, Flavio, and Jose. Their warm, attentive service made a huge difference and made us feel truly welcome every day. Thank you so much! Negatives: The hotel itself is a bit outdated and could definitely use some renovations. Rooms are very noisy, there’s only one power outlet, and the TV is old with no German channels. One major downside for us was that all entertainment and animation activities were only in Italian. We would have loved to join in, but unfortunately felt left out due to the language barrier. Nothing was offered in English or any other language, and the hotel clearly caters mostly to Italian guests. Also, while the hotel is advertised as all inclusive, that mostly applies to basic drinks: only syrup-based soft drinks from a dispenser and coffee are included. If you want regular branded drinks like Coca-Cola or Fanta, you’ll have to pay extra – which was quite disappointing. Lastly, the parking situation was chaotic and difficult at times. Conclusion: A hotel with fantastic food and truly outstanding staff – just be aware that without speaking Italian and with limited drink options, some aspects of the stay might feel restricted.
