“Best hotel in the area”

We recently spent 4 days , 3 nights at this hotel with my friends and we couldn’t have chosen better . We recently spent 4 days , 3 nights at this hotel with my friends and we couldn’t have chosen better . The rooms were very clean,decorated tastefully and the view was absolutely fantastic.The staff is very friendly , polite and have great skills to pay attention to details and your personal needs.They made us feel very welcome and created a great atmosphere with their amazingly positive attitude.The breakfast was the highlight of the morning,It was delicious and presented beautifully. At the end of the visit we were sad to leave but we will definitely return . Highly recommended place and we are so thankful to them for our amazing time !

I stayed at the Hotel Riviera in Milano Marittima with my boyfriend and his family for 4 nights and it was SUCH a beautiful and relaxing time, in every way. I’m from New York City, so it’s not often I have the chance to get away from the hustling city, and this was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Not only is the hotel only a few steps from the beach, which is a huge plus in my book, but the hotel itself was a wonderful experience. The staff, particularly Patrizia and Eleonora were so kind and accommodating and made sure to make us feel right at home. The food was next level delicious, the AC in the room was cold and heavenly, and the terrace on the roof had a gorgeous view of the beach. I have no complaints and I can’t wait to come to Hotel Riviera again!!!

Would like to start my review with the comments on the personnel: animation team: Erdy and Lorenzo! They do really their best to entertain the guests adults and children almost whole the day with the beach dance, social games... they made our children feel comfortable on their first day! They were running between lunch and dinner just to say hello to them and stay at least 5 minutes while eating the first and second dishes:)))) incredible!!! Georgia from the reception was so kind and helped is to bring our stuff to the room :)! Georgia from the cleaning staff was always helpful the room was cleaned perfectly every day! The owners: mother and 2 daughters were always present and kind doing their work at their best! You really feel the warm and welcoming atmosphere as soon as you arrive! At the restaurant Vito and Gilberto amazing personalities who were always attentive on service wise and entertaining us and the children :)))! Our girls knew everyone of these people by name and felt like they were their best friends! The best point is the personnel that the owners know how to keep them for many years! Beach: the owners of the beach are always friendly and helped us with anything we needed! Food: it is appetizers buffet and you choose your first and second dishes 1 day before. I think it is really the best way not to waste the food! All what I asked extra for kids was always prepared apart with our previous request!
