We spent 3 nights in the first week of November, few days before the winter closure of this modern and small hotel. We enjoyed a suite with partial sea view and a large corner terrace with the look and feel of a luxury yacht, full of teak and glass. The king size bed is the perfect compromise between firmness and softness with abundance of pillows of different sizes. 3 large TV sets, though with limited choice of international channels, and a frigo bar with the essentials for a impellent drink, completes the equipment of this nice junior suite. A modern power shower gives the energy for a full day of walks and plays. Breakfast is of very good quality with Luigi preparing excellent coffee and cappuccino and extremely attentive at every detail for your comfort. The only remark of our stay was a bit of noise coming from the street in the back of the hotel. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

Perfect place to relax, enjoy partying, and spend time with the family! Very close from Viale Ceccarini but far enough to not be loud and over crowded! Perfect for a group of friends or families! Common terrace with jacuzzi! Service is excellent and very professional..polite and kind at the same time! It's the place to stay in Riccione! Fabio

“Excellent hotel”

This rather small hotel has 17 rooms. We stayed here for 8 nights and had an excellent stay. Hotel gives you the privacy you need in an overcrowded Riccione. Big terrasses with sea view and jacuzi. Perfect rooms with a bit too noisy airco. Breakfast is served until 10:30, Italian orientated so not … lisää

This rather small hotel has 17 rooms. We stayed here for 8 nights and had an excellent stay. Hotel gives you the privacy you need in an overcrowded Riccione. Big terrasses with sea view and jacuzi. Perfect rooms with a bit too noisy airco. Breakfast is served until 10:30, Italian orientated so not to much bread, no eggs or sausages. A lot of sweets though.

“Keeping minimum standard”

In general, a friendly and modern hotel, however, to keep the momentum it should be aware of the hidden threats!!! Obviously one must plan maintenance and keep the hotel standard at 4(****). Staff should be trained in communication skills and hotel management.
