An amazing experience the surrounding areas had tons of good restaurants and beaches and little shops The hotel itself was also amazing. The staff was so kind and helpful. The rooms were perfect and the breakfast every day was worth the add on We went in May and it was actually extremely hot except for a couple of days and it was really nice that the pools were available because there’s pools of all different temperatures so no matter what the weather was like except for the days where we had a couple of storms we were able to spend the day outside I would say that this hotel definitely had more Italians and other Europeans visiting more than Americans

I’ve been coming to Ischia for years, but I had never managed to stay at this hotel, and I must say, the wait was well worth it. Although it’s certainly pricier than other options in this part of Ischia, it’s absolutely worth every euro. Relaxation with a capital R: beyond its prime location in the lively piazzetta of Lacco Ameno, the hotel itself is excellent, especially thanks to its thermal park with multiple pools of every type and temperature. Another major highlight is the food and service, simply impeccable. Every restaurant and dining option within the property offers delicious, high-quality cuisine, which alone would justify the stay. (Even though it might sound obvious, their spaghetti are absolutely world-class). I've also took advantage of the spa and health treatments, where the modern facilities and new equipment really stand out. The room was spacious, as was the bathroom. The only small drawback was the air conditioning unit placed too close to the bed. it would be better positioned higher up to distribute cool air more evenly, All in all, I’ll definitely be back next summer, highly recommended!
