“A Truly Exceptional Stay in the Heart of Lecce”

I stayed at Pollicastro Boutique Hotel from April 11–15, 2026 with family and friends, and this was a 5-star experience in my opinion. From the moment I stepped into my room, I was amazed. It was spacious, luxurious, and incredibly unique — honestly, it felt like a bedroom fit for a king. The decor was absolutely stunning: old-world, ornate, and rich with historical charm, yet seamlessly paired with modern conveniences. There was a romantic, almost cinematic quality to the space that made the entire stay feel special and elevated. The hotel carries that same energy throughout — intimate, elegant, and thoughtfully designed. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel like you’re truly experiencing Lecce, not just vsiting it. What truly set this stay apart was the exceptional level of service. Francesca and Alessandro were outstanding. My return flight was unexpectedly canceled and rebooked for the following day, which could have easily turned into a nightmare. Instead, they handled everything with such care and professionalism — ensuring I could remain in my room and arranging transportation to the airport without me having to worry about a thing. Alessandro also provided excellent restaurant recommendations and even made reservations for us at some fantastic spots — every suggestion was spot on. Stefano assisted with our bags and made arrivals and departures seamless, while Luca was wonderful during breakfast service — even preparing custom items for me on occasion. Everyone we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to our comfort. And I have to mention the cleanliness — it was impeccable. We stepped out multiple times each day, and every time I returned, my room had been refreshed beautifully from top to bottom. That level of consistency and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. If I had to note one very small downside (and I’m truly nitpicking here), it would be the absence of a gym. But honestly, with everything else this property offers, it hardly matters. Overall, this hotel made me feel completely taken care of and, dare I say, a bit exclusive. It’s perfect for couples, special occasions, or anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Lecce. I would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. An unforgettable experience.

“Superb hotel with the walls of Lecce.”

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location inside the gates of Lecce. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The bar and dining area were so unique and artful. “Great stay”

Such a cool hotel! Location is perfect within the old city walls. Room was amazing. Staff was friendly and helpful. Included breakfast was excellent. Would highly recommend.

Pollicastro was perfect in every way -- excellent location in the historic center within beautiful walking distance of so much. Atmosphere was luxurious, private, friendly.
