Beautiful place, nice rooms, friendly personnel. It's a bit of an experience just to walk around the resort park. The "Le Dune" hotel had rooms embodied in separate bungalows with their own garden patch, very charming! Also very handy: A resort app with a high-precision map navigator to help you through the myriads of small footpaths, including a super convenient and very well-functioning "Take me home" function, indispensable in the dark (especially if you've had a few good drinks). Because in certain neighbourhoods all houses look alike, and it can be difficult to find or read he room numbers. And the paths are so crinkly you will easily lose your sense of direction when the sun isn't shining. The breakfast "on the beach" is excellent and you can get a quite nice pizza dinner for less than 20 euros. Only the buffet or à la carte dinners cost a lot more. A lot. But then, this is not a budget resort. Lots of activities offered which I had no time to try out (sports, gym, etc). We were extremely unlucky with the weather, had hoped for some sunny pool and beach time, but it was cold, rainy and windy almost all week. This will probably never happen in May ever again, so do not let that deter you. I really only have some minor complaints: 1) there was no grounded EU norm power socket in the room (except behind the minibar, which was very difficult to reach). So it was hard to plug in and charge my laptop (I was there on a business conference). 2) No really comfortable working desk/chair in the room. For people on holiday this is no big deal but we were there for work (rats). 3) Something as fundamental as a bottle of normal potable water, which I'd need in my room just to gurgle down my daily "health pills" or to wash an apple, costs 5 euros. That's pretty steep.

The resort is amazing. Venue, food, amenities and most importantly the people. I can't recommend this enough.

Sept 2025 I returned with mum to Le Dune at Forte Village for a relaxing magical holiday. The care given by Debora Concas and team of girls was extraordinary. Nothing is too much trouble and they go out of their way continually to look after you. The Le Dune bungalows are perfect, a few steps away from the beautiful beach. The cuisine and staff in the Le Dune restaurant is exquisite. Mum and I return Sept 2026, we count the days til we return. Wishing you all my very best. “Excellent Customer Service”

We stayed for 4 nights whilst attending the World Culinary Awards. We were warmly greeted on arrival at the La Dune reception by the lovely Sara who explained the dining options available and the complex itself and provided us with welcome drinks which we sat and enjoyed at our leisure before she… lisää

We stayed for 4 nights whilst attending the World Culinary Awards. We were warmly greeted on arrival at the La Dune reception by the lovely Sara who explained the dining options available and the complex itself and provided us with welcome drinks which we sat and enjoyed at our leisure before she personally escorted us to our accommodation. We had a lovely bungalow which was clean, and more than adequate for our needs and the arrival gift of a chilled bottle of bubbles and sweet treats were very welcome. We ate in the steak house and the pizzeria twice during our stay and were looked after by the same front of house team on all occasions who are absolutely fabulous and a credit to your hotel. Luca you were a superstar and the young waiter with the glasses you made me smile just because you were smiling! We also enjoyed pre and post dinner drinks at the wine bar and the gentleman that served us every evening was lovely. Also the gentleman that seemed to pop up at every bar when it was busy but mainly worked at the bar with the billiard table (sorry can’t remember the name of the bar) was lovely too. I have for the past 40 years worked in hospitality and still do and actually at the age of 16, my first waiting on position was working for Trust House Forte and I know how hard it is to find professional, hard working and enthusiastic people to want to work in this industry so well done to you all.
