“Near the city and terminal”

The hotel is somewhat old, but clean, the room is quite dark,the bed is hard, but the convenience of an elevator was good, walking distance to the center of town but not much activity at this time, stopped in Grosseto since my husband's grandfather came here. The hotel is somewhat old, but clean, the room is quite dark,the bed is hard, but the convenience of an elevator was good, walking distance to the center of town but not much activity at this time, stopped in Grosseto since my husband's grandfather came here. The receptionist are not friendly, but answers your questions. Breakfast was at the basement, fairly good, you can make your own cappuccino, good rolls, pastries and fresh fruits. The place is good for a night .

The hotel is ok. You can go in any time although check in must be done before 23. We were in a bedroom of 4 which was very spacious, the quality of some beds could be better. The hotel was quiet and breakfast quite good and varied.

Too bad TripAdvisor has nothing between a three star rating (average) and four stars (very good) because this hotel is worth 3.5 stars (good). It is slightly above average. Too bad TripAdvisor has nothing between a three star rating (average) and four stars (very good) because this hotel is worth 3.5 stars (good). It is slightly above average. I would have given it four stars if there was air conditioning in the public areas. The lobby, halls and even the dining room in the basement all lacked air conditioning during one of the worst heat waves ever in Italy. Eating breakfast with no air conditioning was not pleasant. Because there was no AC in the halls, the room AC had to work very, very hard to keep the room at an acceptable temperature. It wasn't as cool as we would have liked. Other than the AC issue, the hotel was nice enough. The rooms were simple but functional. The bed was only moderately comfortable. The shower stall was very small but the water temperature and pressure were satisfactory. It was not the kind of room that inspired you to spend much time there. Service was fine and the receptionist was nice. There was a small elevator which was good because we were on the fourth floor and it would have been a nightmare carrying all our suitcases up that far. We had to make two trips to get all the luggage to the room. That's how small the elevator is. There was parking on the street. It was a very short drive to the old city center which is really quite charming. The breakfast had a fairly good selection although many items were in individual plastic wrapped packages. All in all, a decent hotel but not that inspiring. It was a good stopover for one night, but I wouldn't have wanted to stay there longer.

The hotel is near to the city center, it is really in good position, only 10 minutes by walk.The room is really nice but i didn t like that it is little bit old.They should make up the doors,it s not easy to close them, especially the bathroom door, it was impossible to close it and it miss the ke… lisää

The hotel is near to the city center, it is really in good position, only 10 minutes by walk.The room is really nice but i didn t like that it is little bit old.They should make up the doors,it s not easy to close them, especially the bathroom door, it was impossible to close it and it miss the key.During the shower the pressure water was not so strong, and it wasn't confortable to get shower.The breakfast was average.The staff very polite and helpfull.The price was good.
