We have been coming to this hotel for many years because it is the most comfortable place. Our family always loves how we are welcomed and accommodated. Lucia and all the staff are very attentive and help in any matter! It is absolutely safe, quiet and comfortable here. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, the air conditioner works quietly and enough for a comfortable temperature in the rooms. The hotel itself is located in a quiet location, no noisy streets or loud noises. This year the furniture has been updated, every year we see improvements and updates. Thank you very much for a wonderful vacation! We will definitely be back!!!

“Peace and quiet in a pine wood”

All the staff is lovely, explained everything we needed to know. We had a studio for two, it was very spacious. We didn't use the kitchen much, just to prepare sandwiches, but it looked like it had all one could need. Bathroom could do with some repairs, the shower cubicle leaked. Appreciated shelv… lisää

All the staff is lovely, explained everything we needed to know. We had a studio for two, it was very spacious. We didn't use the kitchen much, just to prepare sandwiches, but it looked like it had all one could need. Bathroom could do with some repairs, the shower cubicle leaked. Appreciated shelves in the bathroom though. We wanted 1 big bed and it was 2 beds pushed together, so there was a bit of a gap between. We stayed for 5 nights, there was no cleaning (would be paid extra). Would have appreciated some detergents so that we could wash the dishes or the washbasin a bit... Otherwise there is a broom for sweeping and even clothes horse, so quite well equiped. Our windows faced a pine wood so that was nice and quiet. There's a mosquito net in the window and you will sure appreciate that. You can borrow bikes for free. 10 mins walking distance to a nice beach, either free or with sunbeds. Wifi was a bit of a pain, only 1 person per room can be connected at one time, and the signal was quite weak. Early check out (9:30) was also a bit annoying. Principina itself is a tiny village with one cafe, 2 supermarkets and a couple of restaurants, out of which only Pizzeria La Terassa does edible food. But if you are looking for peace and quite, just sun and sea, almost no tourists, and if, they're Italian, it is a perfect place.

“Very good, basic hotel in Principina”

Good hotel with German-speaking service (unfortunately no good English). Furnishing is basic and sober, but clean and functional. It takes some minutes to walk to the beach from there. Restaurants are outside the hotel (voucher). Parking lots are available.

Definitively a nice place where to spend some days (better if weeks) of holidays. Close enough to the sea that one might forget the car (and rediscover the beauty of riding a bike with the whole family), but not too close. Definitively a nice place where to spend some days (better if weeks) of holidays. Close enough to the sea that one might forget the car (and rediscover the beauty of riding a bike with the whole family), but not too close. Overall quiet and clean, you will love the Mediterranean pines, and, in case you have children, a part of the garden is dedicated to them. The staff is very kind and helpful and you will easily find yourself if not "at" home, at least "very close". And don't forget to spend some hours on the great terrace on the top of the building, especially during dawn or sunset.
