“Summer Holiday ”
Very nice place ! Rooms are clean, not very big but nice. Very close to the supermarket which is in the next building, to the bus stop (if you want to go to Livorno or Pisa its just 3 minutes away), and what is the most important - to the free beach and sea. “Better than many three stars”
For a two-star hotel, it’s better than many three-star hotels where I stayed. The decent-sized room has all the top-of-the-range amenities, including complimentary coffee and a kettle (!), enough storage space, and even a safe. “Comfortable stay”
The hotel is centrally located to both the beach and downtown. The entrance to the beach is across the street and from there you can enjoy a peaceful walk. A short walk to the center part of town allows you to get some exercise as well as enjoy the restaurants and amusements in the area.

“Used As An Emergency When Flight Cancelled”
This hotel was booked by the airline when my flight was cancelled. It is suitable for that purpose but little else. The sign outside says 4* hotel.
