The location is a major plus—right in New Kingston and close to shops, parks, restaurants, nightlife, and easy access to the airport. The on-site restaurant staff deserve special mention. Tiara went to the kitchen one morning and got a special breakfast prepared for my aunt who is a vegetarian, when the vegetable option was finished). Shanice aka Ms. Hallelujah and Kallelisa blessed us with gospel music in the mornings before we stared our day. Claudette was so warm and welcoming, she felt like a long lost auntie I've found. I was really impressed by their excellent service and warm hospitality. The front desk staff was also helpful and made my stay feel like a real a taste of home. Overall, this is a solid base for an active trip—an ideal location if you plan on daily touring, enjoying the nightlife, and fully experiencing what Kingston has to offer.

After years of not visiting the land of reggae music, I jumped on a flight to Kingston. Typically I fly into Montego Bay. The hotel is located in New Kingston and within walking distance from 'Emancipation Park'.... The hotel is a good choice and conveniently located. There is a restaurant, bar and swimming pool. The rooms are comfortable and housekeeping does a fine job There is a strong Security at the entrance. Staff is very friendly and helpful. If going to get your fill of sun, sand and roots reggae, this hotel is a good choice. I recommend the hotel
