“Great hotel”
I honestly don’t know why this hotel is considered a 3 star hotel because I would definitely give it 4. The place is very up to date and modern. The customer service is great and it didn’t take me long to go to anywhere. The breakfast is great and I would definitely be back.

“Getting old, Great Staff & Service, Great Location”
Very nice when it first opened, but getting old, needs maintenance, stained cushions, etc. A basic but reliable 3-Star hotel, for 1/2 the price of a 4 star hotel in Poblado. Great staff, nice gym & great location next to one of the nicer and larger shopping centers in Medellin
