“Outstanding and total profesional”
Our experience in the Lagoon hotel was out of this world, first thanks to all the staff supervisors and especial kudo to el Sr Roberto Alveiro for the above and beyond service provided. Mesero José Martínez. No complaint at all from a group of 82 persons

Nice experience very conveniently located close the airport and the service especially in the restaurant was great. Food was also good!

Very good, rooms are clean, nice swimming pool, child friendly and also pet friendly. Breakfast was perfect and also the restaurant was well stocked

“Wedding August 2025”
My experience at hotel lagoon Llanogrande was amazing. I stayed there for a wedding in August and had an excellent time. The room was a good size and it was very clean. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was very polite and helpful. I had a great time there and will hopefully be back!

“Beautiful Scenery, Great Service”
The service was great. The buffet was included in our stay and anything we wanted extra the staff was quick to serve. We got specialty eggs as well as hot Colombian Chocolate brought to us.
