“A Estelar Oceania perfect”
By stay at this hotel is always perfect. Thanks to yoselin and the rest of the staff. It is my home away from home when I am in Cartagena. I travel here once every 6 weeks and my stay was perfect. The Estelar brand is the best.

“Pretty good”
Pretty good for Cartagena, clean, comfortable, good value for your money. Location is a 10 minute walk from the main Boca Grande area, but this makes it quiet also. Across the street from the Hilton.
