During a stop over in Manizales, I stayed in this Hotel and it exceeded my expectation. It felt similar to one of the Boutique Hotel I stayed in Paris, France. During a stop over in Manizales, I stayed in this Hotel and it exceeded my expectation. It felt similar to one of the Boutique Hotel I stayed in Paris, France. The one thing I enjoyed was the comfort of the bed. After a long travel day, the comfortable bed was very welcome. It is a Boutique hotels so it is small. However my room was big enough and was the best night i had from all other places I stayed while in Manizales. Most important was the cost. Very affordable and the staff, and how everything was very clean and well taken care.

“A nice stop over hotel”

My stay at this hotel was for a stop over while en route to Medellin. The rooms are modern, clean and spacious. The hotel staff is friendly. My stay at this hotel was for a stop over while en route to Medellin. The rooms are modern, clean and spacious. The hotel staff is friendly. My room had a beautiful view of the mountains including a distant active volcano. There are few if any shops within walking distance of the hotel that I could identify. Across the street it is possible to look down and see the city of Manizales. This is a good basic stop over hotel while en route to another destination.

“Poor Friendliness”

very small rooms, they don't have elevator. The customer service is terrible they don't have friendliness and they don't care to help their customers. Bad experience. In general the hotel looks good and nice but the manager must considered to change the staff.

“A cozy hotel in mid-town”

I stayed only one night at this hotel which was certainly adequate for my means and budget. The staff was friendly and knowledgable, the food and service was good, and I enjoyed my stay there. The hotel is quite modern, but not fancy in any way.

I was with a group and some were very surprised (in a good way) with their accommodations. I was surprised in a not-so-good way. Late at night, I decided to shower. The shower door fell in on me. I was with a group and some were very surprised (in a good way) with their accommodations. I was surprised in a not-so-good way. Late at night, I decided to shower. The shower door fell in on me. I got it back in the track, fortunately, but by then I noticed that the water wasn't draining and was up to my ankles. I turned off the water to lather up and let the water drain a bit. I took the soap off of the soap dish and the dish part fell off of the holder on the wall. I kicked around a bit in the still standing water and finally found it and put it back on the holder. I had to very carefully remove the door; I later found the roller wheel had been put on top of the shower and that cleaning and maintenance had done nothing. I complained that morning to management; she apologized. I hope it's been fixed now.
