Great experience. I would rate this hotel and the people who manage and operate this location as exceptional. The hotel has a great atmosphere. It used to be a home that was converted to a hotel so it has a great personality and the rooms were very comfortable. The grounds are lovely and the breakfast is top-notch. Anything you needed the staff went out of their way to make sure you were satisfied.

The hotel was an amazing colonial house filled with beautiful furniture and paintings. One feels at home!! The garden is stunning with wild tropical plants that flower and brighten the place up. The hotel was an amazing colonial house filled with beautiful furniture and paintings. One feels at home!! The garden is stunning with wild tropical plants that flower and brighten the place up. Along with this the beautiful sound of the exotic birds everyday!! The hosts Cristina and Miguel are amazing warm people that welcome you into the house offering the best service. The staff are very kind and welcoming too and always have a smile on their faces. Truly amazing place in a beautiful town. A town so culturally rich that one trip isn’t enough to see it and learn it all! We are definitely coming back and bringing more people from the UK 🇬🇧

A wonderful ideally centrally located and marvellously decorated historical house dating back from 1680. The staff are amazingly friendly and professional. They took excellent care of us. A wonderful ideally centrally located and marvellously decorated historical house dating back from 1680. The staff are amazingly friendly and professional. They took excellent care of us. Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated with a very comfortable bed. The garden is a haven of greenery. Breakfast is nice and quickly served with delicious coffee, fresh fruit juice and exquisite pan blandito. Furthermore, Wi-Fi is extremely fast and there is a spacious car park free of charge nearby. The only drawback we could identify was the slightly cool water in the bathroom.

This is everything you could ask for in a boutique hotel. As well as all the modern comforts you would hope for, this lovely restored building is tastefully decorated with the most beautiful colourful paintings from local artists. This is everything you could ask for in a boutique hotel. As well as all the modern comforts you would hope for, this lovely restored building is tastefully decorated with the most beautiful colourful paintings from local artists. Every detail seems to have been considered, down to the hand painted basins in the bathrooms. The garden is a sheer delight, a piece of paradise with the flowering trees - this is where we had breakfast in the morning and of course beer and wine in the evening! We travel a lot and stay in some lovely places but this one will live long in the memory. Like Valledupar, it's a well kept secret, and easy to get to from the coast. Highly recommended.
