“Great Hotel and personnel!”
The experience was exceptional, the staff in the dining room for breakfast and dinner were amazing, and the doormen were so helpful, but some ladies in the reception area were very rude to us and other guests (need some training on kindness) we loved the hotel 100% and will come back again and agai… lisää

“Best hotel in Cucuta, hands down”
This is my third time at the hotel, after staying at the Holiday Inn and other US brands. This is the best of the Cucuta hotels, with wonderful service, great food, comfortable rooms with strong air conditioning, and a lovely pool. Terrific value. This is the seventh time I've stayed here. It is the best of the hotels in Cucuta, better than Holiday Inn whose gringo name attracts people for that reason alone. I stayed in a remodelled suite.
