“Beautiful modern hotel”
Very beautiful rooms in warm colores. Good beds, soft pillows, nice bed sheet. Big rooms, upper floors have good views on the town. But windows have no sound proof, despite that had good sleep. “Great starting point for the Coffee Country”
Staff was very helpful. Accommodation is well maintained. The rooms are clean, good size and everything is working. Food is good (excellent breakfast). From this location it is easy to travel to Salento and explore the region.

“Long Stay”
When I first Arrived, got to my room, front desk and bell boy friendly and nice Customer Service! The toilet wasn’t working properly but someone came immediately as soon as I reported it and fixed it. Mattress are very hard, but what I dislike the most are the towels, thing, old and short. “Little older hotel, but very nice”
Staff is very helpful. English is not the best, but receptionist did a real good effort. Accomodation is not the most recent, but we'll maintained. Food is good (excellent breakfast). From this location it is easy to explore the region and visit nearby parks and towns Hope to revisit 😊

“Downgrade for Unhelpful Front Desk Lady”
If you find yourself in this city, the rooms are actually not bad; clean, good size and everything works. Included breakfast has enough to get you started. Very limited walking options to eat outside. No bar. My problem is the front desk lady chose not to e-mail the receipt (factura) which we had d… lisää
