This review is from a North American perspective. My daughter and I spent 2 nights in January 2023, our room was junior suit #303. Positives - The room was quite away from the street and basic. The air conditioner worked well, the beds were comfortable, WIFI was good and the breakfast included hot and cold items and was plentiful. The staff at this hotel were friendly and accommodating. We were not pleased with the showers hot water and lack of maintenance and that resulted in the overall rating. Since this was our first time on the island we had no other property to compare it to.

“Small Room, Nice Location”

I booked this place through Amex, thinking that made it a quality establishment. Well, it was just adequate. To their credit, my room was ready two hours ahead of the 3 PM checkin. I booked this place through Amex, thinking that made it a quality establishment. Well, it was just adequate. To their credit, my room was ready two hours ahead of the 3 PM checkin. The room was tiny, fitting only the bed and one table. I had to leave my things on the floor for lack of space. The bathroom suffered the same constraints; there was only the sink for toiletries. The A/C was temperamental but cool, and twice the batteries in the remote died. The room was dark but the lights outside by room came on whenever anyone exited the elevator. The bed was fine and the wi fi slow; it cut off unexpectedly, and an additional user name and password were required for each device. The included breakfast was nothing special and the kitchen attendants were snarly and curt. On the other hand, the front desk attendants were polite and accommodating. The hotel’s greatest attribute is its location-1 ½ blocks from the beach and centrally located to restaurants and sights. Next time, I wouldn’t stay here mostly because of the too small room. It isn’t particularly cheap, either at $124.
