Excellent location, excellent customer service, the employees are polite and helpful, the breakfast is delicious and fresh, the rooms are comfortable and clean. Best hotel in its category, best value. The environment can't be better. We loved this hotel, this was our first time there but definitely not the last one (God willing) Kudos for Nataly at the reception and for Yander in maintenance, and to all the employees and the owner, you guys rock!!!! We stayed at Hotel Stein for 10 days while we were in Cali as part of the process to adopt a child from Colombia. I cannot begin to describe how well we were treated during our stay. The owner, Enrique, and his staff catered to anything we could possibly need. All meals were provided in an environment where venturing out due to Covid was not possible. Anything we requested for the picky-eater kids was prepared. The whole experience was like staying with your grandparents. We wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Stein

“Amazing place. Terrible beds”

The property is amazing. The street is pretty quiet. The pool area is lovely and all the landscaping is thoughtfully maintained. We felt very safe here with the gated driveway. The only downside is the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. If you like very firm (like a board) bed… lisää

The property is amazing. The street is pretty quiet. The pool area is lovely and all the landscaping is thoughtfully maintained. We felt very safe here with the gated driveway. The only downside is the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. If you like very firm (like a board) beds you will love this place. Our room was on the main level next to the stairs. It had great ac but we could hear all the people walking and talking in the main rooms and on the veranda. The free breakfast is nothing to get excited about but it is free. Make sure to spend lots of time in San Antonio which is very walkable from here. The housekeeping staff was phenomenal.

It’s a solid stay if you need a clean room in a central part of Cali, but you’re going to have to go elsewhere for a proper meal. It’s a solid stay if you need a clean room in a central part of Cali, but you’re going to have to go elsewhere for a proper meal. The guard is at the gate 24-7, and they have a fridge where you tally your own beverages. The pizza, if you can call it that, was painfully disappointing at the end of a long day. I should have accepted an invitation from a local, but I was already in my PJs. It’s close to all the trendy spots in the North side of town. The COP-16 was going on, and my usual hotel (Colina de San Antonio) was not available. Like I said, would do again for every reason except the food.
