We only stayed in Santorini for 2 nights on our travels but this place made it perfect! All the staff we came across were so friendly and helpful, and they gave some great recommendations of places to eat and things to do. Our room was spotless and comfortable, they brought our breakfast to our little terrace on a morning which we loved. The pool area was relaxing and quiet, the perfect escape from the chaos of Oia! The pool bar did some lovely drinks & a good Greek salad. We walked into Oia both evenings for dinner, around a 25 minute walk, and got the bus into Fira one day for €2, the bus was right outside the hotel.

“A-M-A-Z-I-N-G stay! ”

I cannot express enough how wonderful this hotel is. It is outside of Oia. If you walk, it will take you about 25 minutes to get to the center Oia. The Honeymoon suite had a picture perfect view of the sunset. It does not have a Caldera view but an opposite ocean view. Staff was incredible? Friendl… lisää

I cannot express enough how wonderful this hotel is. It is outside of Oia. If you walk, it will take you about 25 minutes to get to the center Oia. The Honeymoon suite had a picture perfect view of the sunset. It does not have a Caldera view but an opposite ocean view. Staff was incredible? Friendly, coordinated anything anything you ask for. The room was large and clean. And on a side note, I have never in my life had better water pressure in a shower! I could've stayed there all day!!! The pool was beautiful and refreshing! They serve breakfast from 8-10. If there was any negative, it would be that breakfast is the same with a slight variation r/t eggs every day and the eggs are not very warm despite being in a sterno. But it is sufficient to start ones day.

Just finished my three day stay here at Anchor Suites. Beautiful property, peaceful and quiet. When I visited the main town yesterday I was so thankful I wasn’t staying in that crowded, noisy place. Just finished my three day stay here at Anchor Suites. Beautiful property, peaceful and quiet. When I visited the main town yesterday I was so thankful I wasn’t staying in that crowded, noisy place. My suite was beautiful, with a nice sitting room and a kitchen with a refrigerator. Breakfast was served on the terrace outside my suite, which has a beautiful view. Pool area was lovely. Watching the sunset from the pool area was a highlight of my trip. Several restaurants were within walking distance. Perfect. I can’t say enough about the lovely staff members, Tania, Tonia and Rita were extraordinarily kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to advise me about tours, transportation and island life. I am forever grateful to them for my wonderful experience here at Anchor Suites.

“Nice hotel but not the best location.”

Look... while the hotel is beautiful, it is not in Oia and doesn't face west. The pictures on the website are a bit deceiving. Our room was the farthest from the pool/breakfast area which equates to over 200 steps back up the hill. The towels were rough although the room was very nice and well-mai… lisää

Look... while the hotel is beautiful, it is not in Oia and doesn't face west. The pictures on the website are a bit deceiving. Our room was the farthest from the pool/breakfast area which equates to over 200 steps back up the hill. The towels were rough although the room was very nice and well-maintained. The walk to Oia, along the road, is about 15-20 minutes and there are no sidewalks so you're walking on the side of a road. I would never recommend doing it at night, or with children. While we loved Oia, we wished we had known the hotel wasn't in Oia as we would have preferred to stay where all the views and activities are.
