“Perfect in Paros”

The Villas are beautiful. Easy walk into town. Great breakfasts. The owner and his staff were so nice everyday. We will definitely be back next year with our adult children.

Kosmitis was an excellent experience. The premises are beautiful, including the rooms, pool, and dining areas, but the staff is what sets it apart. As a small hotel, they are able to be very customer-service oriented and the staff will know you personally. They are helpful and genuine with their recommendations and go out of their way to make your experience in Paros great. The hotel is a short 20-min walk to central Naoussa with easy access to great food and shopping. If you want the hustle and bustle of central Naoussa all the time, this maybe isn’t the place, but if you want somewhere quiet with excellent service and easy access to the energy of Naoussa then I would highly recommend staying here.

We’ve stayed at many hotels around the world, but this experience truly went above and beyond. From the moment we arrived, we were upgraded to one of their stunning villas — beautifully decorated, spacious, and complete with a large private pool. It was the perfect touch of luxury. The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. What made it even more special was how they celebrated my husband’s birthday — surprising him with a birthday cake and candle at breakfast. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made the morning unforgettable. Every detail of our stay was immaculate — from the quality of the food to the overall decor and ambiance. The service was flawless, and the entire property radiates elegance and care. We highly, highly recommend this hotel. It’s rare to find a place that combines luxury, comfort, and heart so seamlessly. We had an incredible experience at Kosmitis Suites & Villas and I would highly recommend this for your stay in Paros. We stayed in Villa Mare with our two teens. The villa was gorgeously decorated, clean, and had everything we needed, including our own giant pool in the back. The main building and facilities were also beautiful. The owner could not have been more helpful, as well as one of his employees, Alexandra, who went out of her way to help us plan our days in Paros. Another employee booked our restaurant reservations at two fantastic places before we got there. The hotel is a short walk (mostly along the water) to the adorable town of Naoussa, which was filled with tons of great restaurants, shopping, and people watching. We stayed at 5 different hotels on our Greek vacation and this was unanimously our favorite. We can't wait to go back!
