We pulled up to this unassuming hotel and upon entering and going down the stairs it took our breath away. The views of the seas and mountains from the Melian are out of a photography book. Our room was lovely though I felt the dark brown furniture was a bit dated. You choose your breakfast the night before and if you want it on your terrace or in the outdoor lobby area. The breakfast was beyond delicious. All of the breads and pastries are warm, ask for the oat biscuit- it’s like a warm oatmeal cookie without the raisins. The croissants were the most buttery I have ever eaten. They provide you with beach towels and bag for the beach, and you can keep the bag if you’d like. Staff is very nice and extremely accommodating. The pool is just a soaking pool and the loungers are great. We had dinner at their restaurant one night. I had the most delicious sea bass, simply made with crispy skin and moist meat. It is about a 10 minute walk to the restaurants in Pollonia.

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights in August, 2025 and it was exactly what we were looking for. This elegant and beautiful boutique hotel provided the relaxation and beautiful sunset views after a long day exploring Milos. We stayed in a Superior room with a balcony that had a perfect view of the sunset, which we enjoyed multiple nights. The room was decently clean - I wouldn’t call the accommodation “luxury” but it was very nice and decent value for the price. Every morning, we enjoyed an EXCELLENT breakfast spread served to us on our balcony overlooking the sea - it was so beautiful and something we will always remember. The location is perfect - 5minute walk from many excellent restaurants in Pollonia village - Yialos is a must, best meal we had in Greece, must make reservations.

“Quiet, Romantic Boutique with Amazing Views”

My husband and I stayed for a few days while in Milos for the first time. This place is absolutely beautiful. We arrived fairly early from Athens and our room was not yet ready. We were make to change into swimsuits and relax by the pool, sipping on drinks with snacks until it was. The views are stunning! We also were able to get massages our first day in and it was so needed after all the travel we’ve done. I recommended getting a spa treatment while there! We had dinner one night and the sunset views were some of the best in the island in my opinion. Service was impeccable. Breakfast was served every morning in our balcony and the food was divine. My only wish was that we had more time there!

Melian Boutique Hotel is a slice of paradise in Pollonia, an adorably quaint fishing village on the northern end of Milos, Greece. We stayed in the Junior Deluxe Suite which sleeps 4 people. Our terrace had picturesque seaviews and we admired sunset from our private jacuzzi. Service was impeccable and the breakfast menu was insane! It's a lovely, short scenic walk to the beach and into town. Thank you to Kleopatra, Nikos, Sergio and all the staff including housekeeping that helped make our stay in Milos so fantastic. We will cherish these memories always.
