We spent 3nights in this lovely, quiet hotel. For the price we paid we were not expecting much, just relax at the beach and some food&drinks. We were really surprised with the value for money we have got. From the service (reception, bars, restaurant) to quality of food served, also mention the cleanness of room and other premises. Our room was rather small, with sleeping area above, however room was cosy, clean and bathroom very spacious. Beds are comfortable, AC in the room, balcony and cleaning service every second day. food selection during breakfast, lunch and dinner was sufficient- plenty of fresh local produce-feta, tapenade, olives, jams, yogurts, fruit n veg etc. Within 3 days of our stay I got a chance to try pork, beef, lamb (one of the best lamb dish I ever tried), fish, mussels, octopus and others. Not a big coffee drinker but I had to try Greek coffee- delish! Hotel was occupied by 90% German speaking guests so no drunk teenagers from UK causing troubles- that was really great. Beach was 2mins walk and really authentic, sunbeds and umbrellas available, white sand, no seaweed, crystal clean water...what else can you wish for? Our flight was 9pm so we tried to book late check out, however hotel was fully booked. They offered shower room with option to use all facility inc food n drink for as long as we wanted- this was absolutely amazing. We stayed until 7pm and enjoyed our last dinner. This is not a place for party animals, very little activities going on around-but it suited us well. Ok few suggestions for approval which might not break a bank: 1. Appearance of pool bar might need a small investment- specially the tiles behind the bar might need to be replaced- because with all clear bottles and plain white tiles-place look little bit like a laboratory. 2. pool bar again- I would invest some money to buy proper speakers and install them around the bar- current pc speakers could not do the job which this place deserve. 3. We found out last day about the massage and spa service- please promote this to hotel guests. Overall, this place offer a great value for money service, we would recommend this place to those looking for a piece of quiet, nice beach and pleasant food. Thank you

“Quiet, beach hotel”

We stayed here in a large group, nice village feel right on the beach. The hotel is off a main road with Mastichari Town a 5 minute drive away. I think you can walk along the beach way but may be dangerous to walk in on the main rood Food was repetitive & I have definitely had better. You expect a… lisää

We stayed here in a large group, nice village feel right on the beach. The hotel is off a main road with Mastichari Town a 5 minute drive away. I think you can walk along the beach way but may be dangerous to walk in on the main rood Food was repetitive & I have definitely had better. You expect a bit same on an all inclusive but the food wasn't great. I did enjoy the salads though. Snack bar offers a few sausage rolls/ cakes throughout the day. Animation we're about but didn't go round pool side to get people involved much, we weren't aware of what was happening as all signs are in German (mainly German clientele). Even though they were aware we were English there were no announcements in English Hotel rooms and surrounding areas were always clean, the cleaners did a great job and were always really friendly. Overall an OK week with my family but it was definitely quieter than usual for us. If I had booked this hotel without a larger group, based on how its advertised with family entertainment etc I'd be disappointed. Reception staff weren't always polite, although the manager was really helpful & arranged a cake for my daughters 2nd birthday which was a lovely touch- thank you! Mastichari is a really nice, small town close by & if going I would absoloutely recommend nostos taverna.

Lovely hotel, very clean, rooms maybe need a bit if updating but still very tidy. Beds were comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. Cleaners came in every other day (to save water) with clean towels, made the bed and even folded my pjs. Food was fine, a bit samey but plenty. We ate out a few nights in Mastichari as there are some lovely beach front restaurants and only a 15 min walk along the beach front path (which is mostly lit at night). There are a couple of little supermarkets in Mastichari for snacks etc and one opposite Hotel Eurovillage Achilleas, which is probably a 5 min walk, (the hotels are joined by a walkway). Beach front by the hotel is nice, free sunbeds to hotel occupants. There is some natural debris that is washed in on the beach but this doesn't stop the bathers. Staff very friendly. Pool area nice & clean with plenty of sunbeds, there was no getting up at the crack of dawn to fight for one! The only slight issue was that it was 90% German which wasn't a problem as they all seemed friendly but any entertainment by the pool was spoken in German. The events sign, by the restaurant, was in German ... this put us off going to any evening entertainment as we presume it would be mostly spoken in German also. We got a bus, which you can book at the hotel reception for €20 return, to Kos Town which was lovely. Overall, a night little hotel if you want a relaxing holiday.

This was my first solo holiday so was a bit nervous anyway. On arrival I was dropped at wrong hotel ( Eurovillage Acchilleas beach). Please note this is a completely different hotel. However this was soon sorted and a man in a buggy delivered me safely to right place. Upon arrival the restaurant was already closed and I was given 2 apples and a piece of cake. My room was basic, but clean and the bed was comfy. Cleaners come every other day, and beach towels are changed once a week There was a bath, and shower was always hot. My room fortunately was not far from the bar and Spyros the barman was always friendly I enjoyed the food, repetitive as always at AI but always found something nice ( lots of pork). Please bear in mind , this hotel is very very quiet with not a lot going on at all I went to watch entertainment one evening but it was diabolical and never bothered again. The hotel is mainly full of German guests , in fact I was only English person there so most nights were spent drinking alone on my terrace. The pool bar is OK but not a lot to offer food wise. The drinks are small and served in plastic cups. It's about 20 mins walk down to Mastichari village, which is lovely but again, very quiet and not a lot going on. I did 3 trips, 3 Island tour, Nysiros and volcano, and Kos town.So glad I did these, as I met English people and really enjoyed those days. The beach is beautiful but loads of seaweed before you can get into the sea. You are literally wading through it. Would I go back , no. Far too quiet and felt really lonely. Would definitely rate the hotel a 3 star, no higher. Not even any music playing in the bar or round pool. Lacks atmosphere and life.
