The staff could not be more kind and their desire to please the guests. Yannis is incredible. Made our 10 year wedding anniversary one to remember. The special touches of a celebration cake and Processco to special note left in our room! Concierge is incredible from helping us book a car the next day. Making sure we could get a shuttle to Chania and recommendations of where to go locally. The food is amazing. Such a variety of selection to choose from in the island bar. Yellow Sea al a carte is worth a visit too. The rooms are beautiful. The location is breathtaking. All the of shared areas are spotless and beautiful. The smell you get when you walk into reception stays with you everywhere you go. There is not a moment where your needs are not taken care of. Thank you for the best stay.

Shortly before our departure, we were told that prior to change of ownership, the reputation of the hotel was bad, I couldn’t believe it. After 7 days at the hotel, I’ve only got praise for the place, Location, hospitality, staff, environment, EVERYTHING is world class. It’s very clear that there has been drastic change, also explains how the place went from low ratings to an average of 4.5+ already ( out of 5 ) At the concierge, there’s people like Vasilis, Mimis, Maria staff like Tom, Dimitris, Nefeli, only to mention a few that really left their print on us… They really made the place and the visit special. Impeccable sense of detail and treatment, Will definitely go back next year and bring friends. Note about the third party spa-facilities, experience there was lovely, however - old guy there is a kind of his own - ignore him when thinking and writing about the place.

Wow what a beautiful resort! I visited for a long weekend with a friend and we had a fantastic stay. The hotel is in a lovely, peaceful setting with beautiful sea views, making it a great place to switch off and relax. Wow what a beautiful resort! I visited for a long weekend with a friend and we had a fantastic stay. The hotel is in a lovely, peaceful setting with beautiful sea views, making it a great place to switch off and relax. We spent most of our time by the pool enjoying the sunshine, cocktails and sunsets. The Saturday afternoon DJ was a nice touch too – relaxed, understated and it created a great atmosphere around the pool. The food was excellent throughout our stay. We enjoyed both the buffet and the à la carte restaurant, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, including arranging for our hire car to be delivered directly to the hotel, which made exploring the island really easy. The rooms were modern, comfortable and spotlessly clean. We also enjoyed visiting a nearby beach (walkable or 5 minutes in the car) with a small taverna and beach bar, and Chania Town is only around a 30-minute drive away if you fancy getting out for an afternoon or evening. One thing to keep in mind is that the hotel is in a quieter location, which we really appreciated as it made for such a relaxing stay. If you do want to explore more of the area, taxis are easy to arrange and hiring a car is straightforward, so it's easy to visit nearby beaches, tavernas and Chania Town. Overall, we had a brilliant stay and wouldn't hesitate to return. I'd happily recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing adults-only break in Crete. A big thank you to Dimitris and his team! :)
