Excellent location, right on the sea front, very helpful and polite staff. We had a sea view room which was certainly pleasant enough, nice and cool with air conditioning. Excellent location, right on the sea front, very helpful and polite staff. We had a sea view room which was certainly pleasant enough, nice and cool with air conditioning. Bed sheets and towels changed daily. Bathroom isn’t huge but perfectly serviceable and clean. Breakfast is a decent buffet with the usual suspects. Can order omlets, scrambled eggs, pancakes etc at no extra charge. Evening meals were lovely, dedicated staff and we tried most things on the menu and all were very tasty indeed! Would recommend hotel for sure. Very central location.

“Great hotel in the centre of Argostoli”

We stayed at this hotel for 10 nights as part of an EasyJet package in April, the hotel had just opened a few days before for the holiday season. Argostoli itself was just starting to open up. We found our room with a side balcony view down to the water front very comfortable, bed was really comfy with black out curtains which helped us sleep well. Bathroom was small but very functional and towels were refreshed each day as well as toiletries as and when needed. The room was cleaned each day and on arrival there were two bottles of water provided in the room. Staff in the hotel were all friendly, polite and helpful. We had breakfast included which was a buffet breakfast including Greek yogurt, fruit, nuts, hams, cheeses, bread, croissants and cakes as well as hard and soft boiled eggs on offer, in additional to this you got to order to menu so eggs, omelette, pancakes etc as well as teas/coffees and juices, we found it plentiful and it kept us going for the day ahead. The hotel was in a good location for exploring the local area and well placed for the main town square as well as the ferry to Luxouri, the bus station was a 5-10 min walk, we got the bus to Sami although there weren’t many regular tourist buses running due to being out of season. There weren’t many regular plenty of restaurants to choose from nearby for evening meal. There isn’t a beach as such in Argostoli but we found it to be a good base for the time of the year we visited and great value for the money we paid

“Weekend in Kefalonia”

We spent two nights here in early May- after picking up a hire car at the airport it took 20 minutes to drive to the hotel. We spent two nights here in early May- after picking up a hire car at the airport it took 20 minutes to drive to the hotel. There is no dedicated parking, but we easily found a space on the street opposite, and despite arriving early at 2pm were able to check into our room. Our room was on the first floor, and can be reached by stairs or a lift. It was compact in size, but also had a balcony with two chairs and a table. There was a comfortable double bed, and a good amount of clothes storage space. The room also had a TV with a range of local channels, a good-size fridge, and a safe which we couldn't work how out to use so left empty during our stay. Disappointingly there were no tea and coffee making facilities provided, which in our experience is unusual in a Greek hotel. The bathroom was again quite compact but offered adequate storage space. It had a good quality shower, and a nice range of branded shampoo, conditioner and shower gel was provided. As our room was located opposite the entrance to the lift we did hear quite a bit of noise during the night as other guest used it, and could also hear TVs from other rooms, making us think the walls were quite thin. We had breakfast each morning in the hotel restaurant and were generally impressed. There was a buffet provided with a wide range of cereals, fruit, meats and cheese provided. Hot items such as omelette and scrambled egg can also be ordered from the waiting staff, though on our first morning this was not explained to us, and eventually worked out the system and asked for a menu. Coffee and orange juice was also provided to the table, though again we had to ask rather than be offered this. The hotel is located in the centre of town, and overlooks the Gulf of Argostoli. Close by there are a good range of bakeries, bars and restaurants, as well as an AB supermarket. The Lithostroto pedestriansed area is a few minutes walk away, and this contains a good range of shops. There is also a good road network from Argostoli, and we easily visited a number of different parts of the island during our stay. Overall we enjoyed our stay- there were a few niggles, but for a long weekend it was a useful base for our trip to Kefalonia.
