“Lovely hotel”

We had a lovely week staying here for our 46th wedding anniversary. Rooms are really nice, very clean with good aircon (not noisy). We had a lovely week staying here for our 46th wedding anniversary. Rooms are really nice, very clean with good aircon (not noisy). Rooms are cleaned daily and also bedding was changed every couple of days. The breakfast was very good with a large range of food available, fresh fruit, cereals and cooked food, and the lovely staff were very attentive even remembering which coffee I drank. The hotel has 3 pools which I believe were a bit on the cool side. There are very comfy sun loungers which sadly people were putting towels on by 8 in the morning although the hotel do ask you not to. But going in late September we always managed to get something to lounge on. We hired a car through the hotel which was where we picked up and dropped off the car and the reception staff recommended places for us to visit which was helpful which we would recommend doing. All in all we had a lovely week in a very nice hotel.

“Best resort in Lefkada”

Wow, what can we say about this place? It is simply amazing. Set across from a decent beach this resort has everything you need for a relaxing and luxurious holiday. We stayed in a suite as a family of 5 in July 2025. The staff were all incredible, the rooms were clean and well laid out, the buffet breakfast was delicious and the pools were fun. We did not want to leave.

“Faultless”

We had a week at this great hotel. The staff were amazing, nothing was ever too much trouble, very friendly and attentive. We are Gluten Free and they never failed to provide something at breakfast for us as well as the very good choice at the buffet. Would definitely recommend.

Third time staying at stunning Crystal Waters, and I'm already looking forward to returning again next year! Third time staying at stunning Crystal Waters, and I'm already looking forward to returning again next year! The staff are so warm and welcoming, and it's such a wonderful place to relax, with 3 pools and comfy sunbeds, in beautifully landscaped and well kept grounds. Accomodation is in a collection of pretty buildings set on the slope towards the sea, so I have a morning coffee on the balcony with views over the roof tops to the water and the hills beyond. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped, with natural, stylish decor. Breakfast has an excellent selection of foods, and the Greek Salad from the pool bar menu for lunch is awesome! I've also tried room service and the food was excellent. In a separate area just up the hill, through Olive groves, is the yoga shala - such a peaceful way to start your day. There's a place where you can have a massage with the breeze blowing through the curtains (tried this and loved it!), and the gym is also up there, with sliding floor to ceiling glass doors so you have a lovely view while you work out. Lefkada is a stunning place, and Crystal Waters is a great base for exploring the Island. The sea nearby literally is crystal clear (great with a snorkel to see all the little fish!), and when you drive round the island you get incredible views from the hills and will discover beaches with unbelievably turquoise waters. There is also a great PADI dive center (Lafkada Dive Center) about 200m from Crystal Waters that I've been to each year, and a bakery 100m further along with awesome cakes. Plus 3 supermarkets, a pharmacy, a beach bar/club, cafes, nice gift shops etc all within a few minutes walk. There are nice restaurants too, within walking distance along the harbour side. Crystal Waters - you are awesome! See you again next year!
