First visit to Patmos. This is a delightful typical smallish Greek family style hotel - brought back memories of earlier decades. It is what it is - a well maintained, very clean, simple hotel with all that you need. The price was more than reasonable. We really liked it. Perfectly positioned as it was a 5 minute walk from the harbour, the bus stop to take you the other beaches and easy 5 minute walk along the front to the town centre, square, shops. Get a harbour view room. You can see the harbour, the sea, the hills across the water and the small beach used for drinks by the hotel. When we were there right at the end of the season there was no breakfast but we could not have been better looked after by Anne Marie who was so helpful as we had to rearrange our dates and was so cheerful and ready to tell us what we could see and where we could go and bet brother Thomas who ran the bar. If we were to revisit Patmos we happily return.

Patmos is a beautiful island, and there are many picturesque and amazing places on the island for one to visit. Patmos is a beautiful island, and there are many picturesque and amazing places on the island for one to visit. However, if you ask me which is the best area to stay whilst on the island, I would choose Skala, the area near the port. This is where Delfini Hotel is situated, and we are so glad we (2 couples) chose to stay at this cosy and clean family-run hotel. It's within walking distance from the port (literally just across the road). So, if you have heavy luggage to lug, this would be a very convenient place for you to stay. We had a car with us, and Tomas (the owner's son) showed us where we could find free parking (at the public spaces in front of the hotel or sides of the main road further up). Our rooms were very clean, one facing the port and another facing the back garden of the hotel. Thomas, his mother, and sister (Anna-Maria) were very helpful and friendly, and it was like we were staying with family whist we were there. The hotel is within walking-distance to the shop area of Skala, and there are so many restaurants/cafes to choose from. Shops are opened till late, and it is a delightful place to be, knowing that at the end of the night, you can just walk back to your hotel nearby. We can highly recommend this delightful hotel to others visiting the island. We enjoyed our stay there tremendously. *Argyrios, Hannisze & family*

Spent an enjoyable couple of nights at this well located small hotel with excellent views from the sea view room and a pleasant outlook from the garden view. Warm welcome and efficient check in. Spent an enjoyable couple of nights at this well located small hotel with excellent views from the sea view room and a pleasant outlook from the garden view. Warm welcome and efficient check in. Clean and comfortable room with small furnished balcony. Fridge but no tea/coffee making facilities. Good sized wet room with plenty of hot water and toiletries. Decent towels and bedding. Nice to have tables & chairs on the small strip of beach opposite. Good service from the bar. It was made clear, that as a resident, I should not feel obliged to order a drink when using these chairs. Able to store my bags at the hotel until I was ready to walk the few metres to the port to catch my ferry later in the day. Very convenient location and excellent customer service. Would stay again and highly recommend.
