Our stay at Hotel Vila Galé was excellent in every way. The rooms were always spotless, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel is outstanding. The service was great, with attentive and friendly staff always ready to help. The food was varied and of high quality, making every meal a delight. We want to give a special mention to Denise Pons, whose warm, professional, and dedicated service made a real difference and made us feel right at home. Without a doubt, a hotel we highly recommend and would gladly return to.

“Fabulous mom and daughter week!”

My daughter and I had a wonderful time despite the weather being so cold last week. The hotel was clean, modern and the staff were super friendly. Marco in the buffet and his brother Mani at the Lobby bar were so kind, always smiling and looking to provide the best service!! The entertainment staff were absolutely amazing! So fun and always engaging with the visitors. A huge shout out to Miguel and Yarilis for being such great entertainers, always pulling the audience into the fun, having a great sense of humour and going over and above to make use feel so welcome!! ❤️ We’ll definitely be back!! 😉

Overall, my stay was good. The majority of the staff were super kind, especially despite everything that is happening in the country right now. The location is beautiful, the grounds are immaculate, and the property is clean and extremely well maintained. The fact that there are three pools, make the resort design exceptional because you can go to a quiet pool to get some downtime or stay at the party pool if you’re so inclined. If you’re on the quiet side and don’t like to party, I suggest you stay in the higher blocks, four or five or six. They are close to the adult pool. I was very impressed also at what they did with the food. You wouldn’t know there’s a shortage. But I do have to talk about an incident that happened. My aunt and I were sitting in the lobby and the bartender gestured with his hand to come over. He started making a lewd gesture with his wedding ring and said “your room five minutes, I can make happen.” I was shocked and I didn’t know what to do so I just went back to my aunt and told her what happened. She demanded that he come over and repeat what he said to me, he proceeded to look me up and down and repeat what he said. We were both disgusted and told him that it’s degrading and insulting to treat any woman like that. It’s important for me to say this, and talk about what happened in case it happens to other women at the resort and they don’t have the courage to say anything. This man should not be at the resort I have attached his photo. I don’t know his name.
