“Fantastic experience”

“Best recommendation”

The food was excellent, and the hotel staff were outstanding. We spent a very relaxing afternoon at the hotel spa. it was exactly what we needed for our Christmas holidays. We would like to thank the spa therapists and Ms. Elizabeth for recommending the massages we chose.

“nice hotel but one staff member was so rude.”

Bit of mixed bag on this hotel, we had a hire car and there was always a spot for us to park but space is limited. There is a big lot at the side/back of the hotel, but I do not think that is for guests to park in should the front of hotel spaces be full. The walk way to the hotel is on a slope and if you're arriving during the night, be careful of your footing as it is sloped steps and it is not obvious as the steps are slight and you will tumble if you are not paying attention - there really should be markers on it indicating it is a stepped slope, because at first glance it is a slope. So not sure how accessible this is for someone in a wheelchair since it is a stepped slope. The receptionist was not very friendly upon checking in and I had requested twin beds, I didn't get twin beds and the receptionist was very rude about it 'did you ask for it? you need to ask for it' then proceeded to say nothing will be done about it until the next day but I had to ask for it. I didn't in the end follow-up because of his stinking attitude, however, it was done the next day. I only found out a couple of days later that we were supposed to have been given some vouchers and cards to be able to get towels by the pool - needless to say, we didn't get anything but the room key when we checked in - along with staff attitude. When we did get the card and vouchers, we were served by someone a lot friendlier and the check out lady was lovely too. The restaurant staff were so so in terms of friendliness, some just kept their heads down but you could tell they were just working hard. The hotel itself, is nice, there is lots of sunbeds dotted around by the pool, we only were able to go once as there was a spot, but mostly it was occupied and we did not try the pool. But most of our time was not spent in or around the hotel so not being about to lounge about here was not a big deal. The room was nice and we had a balcony which was nice to hang out on, but the view was not great. The breakfast options is fantastic, lots of choice and very nicely set up. Probably one of the best breakfast bars we have had in any hotel. The hotel is a ways from Lanarca airport, but it was where we wanted to be to be near the sights we wanted to see. There are some shops nearby and the centre of Protaras is nearby, about 6 mins in a car or maybe 45 mins walking. It is a nice hotel and I would possibly stay here again, only because of the lovely breakfast and location, but the front facing reception staff (not all), would put me off re-booking.

“Flooring like glass”

Hotel was fine apart from the flooring at the pool which was like walking on glass fell on day 1 and ripped my hamstring from my pelvis still suffering now 7 months later hotel not concerned at all so anyone going i suggest you tread very carefully its a real danger
