This is the 3rd time in Toxotis hotel, this place is a gem! Since last year there has been significant improvements, there is now a pool bar, restaurant has been made bigger with more choice of food, and there is an outdoor eating area! The staff are so friendly and work really hard, especially restaurant staff Sami and Rossi. Liza on reception and the hotel manager Youla. The staff all go above and beyond. My only gripe was there are no mirrors in the room, only in the bathroom, which is hard when you want to dry your hair! I mentioned this to Youla, who said they are on order! She said leave it with me, and at 17,30 there was one left in reception for me. There is a bus stop right outside your hotel, €2 to protaros, and the other way for you can go to Paralimni!l again for €2 You are only a few minutes walk away from the “strip” which has lovely eating places! We tried the Greek restaurant called Kartanas Meze Tavern, the food was to die for, they did deal deals, so for a family of 3, starter, main and a sweet plus drinks it was €55, plus they had made homemade baclava, that they brought out at no extra charge! If you like cocktails you must give Mother and daughter a try, BOGOF on a huge selection’s of cocktails! €12 for 4 cocktails. Although we didn’t eat there the food looked delicious, if you wanted English food!

I don’t usually write reviews, but felt I needed to regarding this hotel. Well, what can I say we had a wonderful week At end of June 2026. The majority of the hotel guests were English during our weeks stay, although the last day the hotel started to get busier and a lot more nationalities arriving (possibly due to school holidays starting). The food was excellent and a vast range of choices for people, although the kids section is limited. The staff cannot do enough for you and are extremely helpful. They work really hard. The lifeguard Alex is probably the best lifeguard I’ve seen on a holiday abroad, taking his job very seriously and ensuring the rules are followed and keeping everyone safe. The restaurant staff are very attentive and clear plates quickly from tables. Food was cooked well and was very tasty. The snack bar staff again were very good and attentive and the selection there was also good. The pool bar wasn’t very busy and usual holiday drinks were on hand all day and a choice including lovely cocktails (alcoholic and non alcoholic). The ice creams were like mini magnums in Vanilla and banana and these were a great hit and available all day from not the pool bar and snack bar. The only negatives were the rooms, although it didn’t bother us too much as we didn’t come on holiday to stay in room, but they are small and as 2 adults staying we were ok, but like others have said 3 people would have been a bit of a squeeze. It is only a shower cubicle and no bath and the bathroom is very small. Our room didn’t have a mirror in the main room and nowhere to sit and do hair and makeup for going out in the evening, so I would advise bringing a travel mirror. There also isn’t a hairdryer in the room, so need to bring one. The plugs are UK plugs, so you don’t need the adaptors if coming from the UK. The local restaurants are about a 5 min walk from hotel and also there are a few gift shops. The beach is about a 15 min walk from the hotel. We went on the sunset cruise with Medusa Cruises and highly recommend as good value for money at £35.00 per person and we had about 4 hours out at sea. Also highly recommend the trip with the Original Red Bus Company for the Verusha Tour (Ghost Town) of Cyprus. Again this was an amazing experience and good value. I would highly recommend this hotel and would visit again as it ticked all the boxes and we would like to pass on our thanks to all the staff for being brilliant and the local people for making us feel so safe and welcomed.

“A great holiday fabulous staff.”

We visited as a family of 4 across 2 rooms. On arrival we were quickly checked in and welcomed warmly. We visited as a family of 4 across 2 rooms. On arrival we were quickly checked in and welcomed warmly. The rooms are very modern spotlessly clean (towels and rooms changed/cleaned daily) there are tea/coffee facilities including decaf and plenty of clothes storage. Bathroom has toiletries and the shower was powerful. The balcony looks onto pernera in the short distance and you can see the sea. Food was lovely freshly made omlettes at breakfast will always be a winner for me. Every mealtime we had plenty of choice and good quality. Restaurant drinks are waiter service and what a fantastic team they are we were always seated quickly and drinks arrive promptly. There is a bar by the pool at night with a choice of cocktails again great staff . In the daytime there is also a pool bar. Pool area is lovely plenty of various sunbeds and if you have children the water slide park is great with its own sunbed area so you can keep an eye on the little ones.Martin and Alex the lifeguards are great guys they ensure the safety of everyone. The location is very good it’s a 5 minute stroll to pernera strip with plenty of bars shops and restaurants. Watching England in the World Cup until 1am on the strip was a great experience and drinks very reasonable. The whole hotel is very well run management welcome feedback and absolutely every member of staff work to ensure you have a great holiday. We visited when the hotel was full capacity you would not have noticed. It’s a 20 minute stroll to protares if you want a livelier resort personally we all preferred pernera. We would recommend this hotel and would look at returning because there was nothing to fault at all. It’s a gem of a hotel with fabulous staff and great facilities.Thanks for a lovely relaxing hotel and best wishes and huge thanks to all your wonderful staff.

“Lovely Hotel! Great staff”

I found this hotel very pleasant. It’s been very quiet while we have been here which has been lovely. Food at breakfast, lunch and dinner is good, I’ve not had one bad meal. I found this hotel very pleasant. It’s been very quiet while we have been here which has been lovely. Food at breakfast, lunch and dinner is good, I’ve not had one bad meal. I think they could do with giving the kids more choice though. Pool was very warm and clean. Don’t need to put towels on loungers in the mornings as there is always loungers available. Our room was good for us as we were just 2 adults but would be no good for 3. Only downside to the room is there is no dressing table or mirror, no full length mirror either, just the mirror in the bathroom, was a bit annoying but didn’t spoil it for us. Shower was good but flooded the floor so you have to angle the shower head right. Plant of wardrobe space with hangers. Balcony was nice, looking over to the town and views of the sea. The local town is nice we ate in Kings bar and Java and they were both great around 20 euros each for a meal. The beach is about a 10 min walk and I a little cove, really nice and warm shallow sea. Great for kids. We went on a nice boat trip which take you to the blue lagoon and can swim with the turtles, for a 3 hour trip it was 17.50 each, they brought fresh fruit around which was a nice touch. All in all we had a really nice holiday can’t fault it. Would definitely return.
