“Fantastic LA Hotel & Resort”

“A most enjoyable stay.”
After reading some of the reviews we weren't sure what to expect but we were pleasantly surprised. Upon arrival (about 11pm) we were greeted by Simon who made us feel at ease instantly and throughout our stay. “Excelent staff”
The hotel could do with some TLC but was well worth the cost. We were not happy with our room but it was changed and was OK. The staff were very good, friendly and helpfull.
