We had the most incredible stay at Grand Velas Los Cabos! From the beautiful rooms and amazing food to the stunning views and relaxing atmosphere, everything was truly top notch. The service throughout the resort was exceptional, but our concierge Ana Aranda made the experience even more special. She went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our trip was perfect, always checking in, helping with reservations, and making us feel so cared for the entire stay. Special shoutout to Ana Aranda for her warmth, professionalism, and outstanding attention to detail … she truly made our vacation unforgettable! We left feeling relaxed, spoiled, and already wanting to come back. Highly recommend this resort and especially Ana if you have the chance to work with her!

Our stay at Grand Velas was nothing short of exceptional. The resort itself is absolutely stunning—immaculately maintained, beautifully designed, and surrounded by lush scenery that makes it feel like a true escape. A special thank you to Abel, Oscar, Christian, and Angel at the adults-only pool bar. They went above and beyond every single day—friendly, attentive, and incredibly skilled. They truly elevated our experience and made our time by the pool unforgettable. The food across all the restaurants was outstanding—every meal felt like a fine dining experience, with amazing variety and top-quality ingredients. And the rooms? Completely top tier. Spacious, luxurious, and thoughtfully designed with every comfort you could ask for. We can’t wait to come back—this place sets the standard for what a luxury resort should be.

I just returned from the most incredible week at Grand Velas with my family (6 adults; 1 toddler). From the beautiful rooms, fabulous food, and top notch service we couldn’t have been happier. The staff really set the resort apart. Ana Aranda was our concierge and I knew we were in good hands even before arrival with how thoughtful and thorough she was. Anytime we needed a thing she was incredibly responsive to everyone in our group. My entire family was in awe of her and her kindness. Abraham at the pool was another gem. He always had a huge smile on his face and would go out of his way to check on us to ensure we had what we needed while we enjoyed the splash pad. We were also able to enjoy the Bella Yacht which was a family favorite adventure. The crew was fantastic and when they realized how excited we all were to spot a whale they were on the lookout and we were able to see one breach! The spa was another amazing experience. The water ceremony before the service is not to be missed. I felt so calm and relaxed going into one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Food at the resort was a pleasant surprise. All inclusive resorts sometimes have a bad reputation for food quality but Grand Velas certainly broke that stereotype!! There were too many standouts to list them all but the Mexican coffee at Frida, fresh fruit at Azul, and pizza at Lucca were some of our favorites. We were totally spoiled from start to end of our trip!

“Luxury Resort At It's Finest”

I booked the Grand Velas Resort vacation last December and we just got back home this weekend. First the negatives: THERE ARE NONE!!! This resort really is a luxury five star resort all the way! First, gorgeous location on the east side of Cabo away from the traffic and craziness. It is quiet well groomed, and from arrival to departure a royal experience. Everyone we came in contact with was extremely friendly, helpful, concerned about our comfort and positive experience. Now I'm not just talking about the front desk or the servers, bartenders, or our personal concierge (more on Daniel in a minute), no EVERYONE from the gardners, to housekeeping, to the lifeguard, to the kitchen crews...I mean EVERYONE wants you to enjoy your stay. I have never experience such treatment. OK so our personal concierge Daniel Gomez. His dedication was amazing. His daily check ins, activity notices, personal arrangements for dinner reservations, he even went above and beyond when my wife was lamenting missing our dogs. Daniel set up a special gift for us in the room and it made her so happy. Daniel not only holds himself to a very high standard but he made sure everyone around hm does too. Perfection all the way. Special mention also to Mixologist Julio at the The Miramar Bar (located on the ocean right under the Velas 10 restaurant). I had a nightcap each night and chatted the night away with Julio. Very friendly and accomodating. He even organized a personal Tequila tasting for me imparting his great knowledge. Really informative stuff. All the restaurants are top notch. Seriously LA, London, And New York diners would be right at home in all the fine restaurants on the property. Excellent quality food offering and top shelf alcohols at every bar and restaurant. OK so yes this place is very expensive. I went for a very nice suite to celebrate an anniversary but still it isn't cheap. But guess what? The value is clearly there. The suite we stayed in was gorgeous, large, beautifully appointed and had a dipping pool (I used every day after the gym), and the food is excellent (even poolside) all the way. I figure food and drink and room service alone is worth $400 a day for the two of us. Gratuities and taxes are already included (although we tipped every one extra). The bottom line is when you do all the math this luxury resort is a great value. Highly Highly Highly recommended splurge vacation!
