“This is the spot to stay in Ixtapa with family”
The customer service in the hotel is beyond outstanding, every single hotel employee is willing to help and always shows a positive attitude. “Good experience”
I liked to visit because is a confortable place to stay. It has a good service I discover that you can paint something in the recreational area. In my opinion the food and drinks are good cause’ you have many options yo choose from…………………………..

My room was on the !9th floor and had a marvelous view of the beach which I enjoyed very much. It was very clean, and the housekeeper was very good. Recommendations to make it upscale, is to add a mini fridge with a couple of soft drinks, chips & nuts and candy bars, and of course water bottles. … lisää
