WOW! Book your vacation now! 100/10 stars, so incredibly impressed!! We loved every minute of our vacation - from the perfect beach, to the VIP treatment from all the staff, to the endless amenities onsite - Sunscape Dorado Pacifico is THE best place in all of Mexico! We booked this hotel for our vacation previously and then again for the venue for our wedding - it is seriously perfect! The wedding coordinator, Dulce is INCREDIBLE - she is truly the best at what she does. She is so professional, so detailed, and so much fun, she made all of our dreams come true and beyond! It was the best day of our lives because of her! We planned our wedding from Minnesota, and Dulce made us feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire planning process. She is reassuring and organized, she brought our entire vision to life and our wedding day was beyond our dreams! We loved working with her and wish we could do it again lol! Aside from our wedding, our guests praised Sunscape Dorado too. We had guests compliment the food, the hotel amenities, and most of all the service! This hotel is great, but really, the employees and service make it memorable and unforgettable! We cannot wait to go back, and are already planning our next vacation / anniversary! “Beautiful beach challenging surf”

First time on the Pacific side of Mexico...the long stretch of beach was fantastic for daily walks! No sign of sargassum seaweed. The resort was well kept up and clean, and the bed very comfortable. First time on the Pacific side of Mexico...the long stretch of beach was fantastic for daily walks! No sign of sargassum seaweed. The resort was well kept up and clean, and the bed very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful if needed. We appreciated that there was always something appetizing at the buffet. I recommend the social activities center, particularly to go on the "bike tour" for a change of scene and comfortable riding distance to the Cocodrilario and the pier at Playa Linda. The favorite lounging area for us was down at the beach. Though we wish there would be more time limits enforced on "saved" loungers, we were usually able to find one pair together. Thank you Geovani for the attentive beach service!

This was a nice family friendly resort. Very nice central location. The staff were all 10/10 - great service everywhere, especially Geovani at the beach bar. This was a nice family friendly resort. Very nice central location. The staff were all 10/10 - great service everywhere, especially Geovani at the beach bar. Most of the time only the buffet was open for supper, a few nights La Mario’s (Italian) was open. It may have had to do with the busy season coming to a close in Ixtapa. But there were many supper options just outside the resort if you wanted a change. There was also shopping and pharmacy items available just outside the resort at much more affordable prices. Rooms were very nice and very clean. The oceanview rooms are 100% worth the upgrade. It could get loud in the rooms at night depending on where your room was located, but even then it always quieted down around 11:30. For the ladies - there was no conditioner in the rooms, only body wash and shampoo. Towels were always available and you never had to get up early to get a spot at the beach or by the pool - very nice. The beach spots all had shade from the sun. Overall a nice stay.
