“Pleasant Experience”

The Hotel is located within walking distance to what is considered to be downtown Cancún. The surroundings offer everything you may need, from Chedraui grocery to Office Depot or even a shopping mall “Plaza Americas” that covers all your wishes, including a Sanborns Restaurant. The Hotel is located within walking distance to what is considered to be downtown Cancún. The surroundings offer everything you may need, from Chedraui grocery to Office Depot or even a shopping mall “Plaza Americas” that covers all your wishes, including a Sanborns Restaurant. This place is definitely the better option, if you want to stay away from the noisy “Zona Hotelera”, the party zone with all its drunk people and the hassle on its streets. Their front desk staff was very welcoming, proactive and always ready to assist when needed. Their rooms are modern, clean and well-kept. Their breakfast service offered a good variety of choices; the main dishes are changing every day. I enjoyed chatting with the breakfast staff who always had a nice and warm smile on their faces, which cheered up my day. They really make you feel welcome as a cherished guest. Good Job! After my very pleasant 1-week’s stay I would definitely recommend this facility, not only to business travelers but also to other tourists who look for a decent and calm place to stay.

After repeated flight cancellations prolonging our stay in Cancun, the Fairfield hotel came through for us and gave us a nice, quiet, reliable place to stay as we figured out our travel plans. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and patient amidst all the flight chaos and many people looking for a place to stay and were friendly and warm. Spoke both Spanish and English which is incredibly helpful. Location was good too with good local food options nearby that are incredible as well as many stores and places to go/see nearby. The hotel was very clean and our room was exactly what we needed at an affordable price. Highly recommend staying here for anyone looking to explore downtown Cancun for a reasonable price or for anyone who needs a safe place to stay during there time here.
