Went home and I gotta leave a review immediately (I'm still on my train) At first I was very mad bc as I arrived, the airport taxi spend 1 hour trying to fish and scam me. But the male front desk checking me in is very nice, the lady checking me out at Bonvoy desk; also the night agent replying to my text the night before arrival to assign a room on higher floor for me. Sorry I didn't ask your names I hope you get recognition for your work One of the biggest things that made my stay is the decorations in room by Frank. Really really surprised. I work in hotels too so I know how staff put in efforts but this is a lot of efforts considering the details 😭 Really make it the best birthday ever for me Hotel value is also pretty good for its price. I have no complaints. If I have any recommendations I hope the water pressure can be better it's a little bit weak Overall the stay is good ☀️☀️ Thank you for having me

“Clean and quiet hotel in central Cancun”

Everything was great. The staff was hard working and they did a wonderful job at the front desk, cleaning and we loved the staff in the restaurant. “Pleasant Experience”

The Hotel is located within walking distance to what is considered to be downtown Cancún. The surroundings offer everything you may need, from Chedraui grocery to Office Depot or even a shopping mall “Plaza Americas” that covers all your wishes, including a Sanborns Restaurant. The Hotel is located within walking distance to what is considered to be downtown Cancún. The surroundings offer everything you may need, from Chedraui grocery to Office Depot or even a shopping mall “Plaza Americas” that covers all your wishes, including a Sanborns Restaurant. This place is definitely the better option, if you want to stay away from the noisy “Zona Hotelera”, the party zone with all its drunk people and the hassle on its streets. Their front desk staff was very welcoming, proactive and always ready to assist when needed. Their rooms are modern, clean and well-kept. Their breakfast service offered a good variety of choices; the main dishes are changing every day. I enjoyed chatting with the breakfast staff who always had a nice and warm smile on their faces, which cheered up my day. They really make you feel welcome as a cherished guest. Good Job! After my very pleasant 1-week’s stay I would definitely recommend this facility, not only to business travelers but also to other tourists who look for a decent and calm place to stay.

“Very standard downtown business hotel”

A bit disappointing for a Marriott property. The sink was clogged the day we arrived and was fixed later by a technician. The sink was clogged again the next morning.
