She responded to every question and handled every concern I had throughout my stay. I had a lot going on, from birthday activities to work-related tasks and multiple destinations I needed to get to in a short amount of time, and she truly went above and beyond. The hotel itself is stunning. You genuinely feel like you’re in Morocco while being in Mexico, and the food is delicious. I went for a matcha for breakfast but stayed for the full menu.

It’s a must-try. The rooftop is truly the most unique spot to enjoy the sunset. Watching the sky change colors up there, with great music and a relaxed vibe, was one of the best moments of our trip. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. You can really rest and feel at home while still enjoying a boutique, elevated experience. The staff was warm, attentive, and made everything feel effortless. We can’t wait to come back!

We stayed at SANA Tulum about two months ago, and the experience was truly wonderful from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, calm, elegant, and perfectly blends luxury with the natural atmosphere of Tulum. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with very comfortable beds and high-quality details that make you feel instantly relaxed. The staff deserves special mention, everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional, always available with a smile and a genuine willingness to help. You really feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout your stay. The pool area and common spaces are peaceful and well maintained, creating a perfect place to unwind. The location is also excellent, quiet and serene, yet close enough to beaches, restaurants, and the main attractions of the area. Overall, SANA Tulum is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a stylish, relaxing, and high-quality stay in Tulum. We truly enjoyed our time there and would absolutely return.

“Sunset, hookah and DJ with the best food”

I love this hidden gem in Tulum! I first went for run club and fell in love with the Moroccan style and vibes but the rooftop pool and views are unbelievable.
