We just got back from a week stay at Ventus Ha and wow what an amazing experience! This was our first time there- and everything was perfect! The staff are amazing! They go above and beyond for everyone! The shows, the karoke, the restaurants and so much more were all very exciting and memorable! We stayed at the Ventus Ha hotel and one of our favorite spots to end the night at was the Waves bar in our main lobby! We had an PROFESSIONAL bartender- Jorge! He was amazing! Every single night- the amount of time, knowledge, care, custom drinks and just all around guest service he provided was top notch! He made us some fancy and yummy drinks! He was awesome- we definitely recommend the Waves bar to anyone making a future trip! He made our time just perfect. We can’t wait to go back next year!

We had a wonderful stay. The staff truly made the experience special and we'd like to take the time to mention a few specifically. The kids club staff are exceptional. They work tirelessly making a great time for the kids with all kinds of activities. Thank you to Rox, Nicole, Andy, Mar, Grace, and the whole kids club team (sorry if I am forgetting anyone- they are all great) for welcoming our children each day. They are communicative, helpful, and fun! Andy at check-in (in the Ventus has platinum lounge) was amazing—so helpful, welcoming, and made everything easy from the moment we arrived. Diego, our waiter at the Italian restaurant, provided excellent service and was a pleasure to interact with. Marco at the Waves bar was friendly, made great drinks, and always greeted us with a smile. Evaristo at Aakat was an outstanding lunch waiter—hardworking, attentive, and incredibly kind. The breakfast staff at Aakat were also fantastic and even took the time to show our kids the crocodiles, which they loved. Gilberto at Naha served excellent drinks and was very friendly throughout our visit. A special thank you to Jesus at Kobo, who was amazing with our children and made the hibachi experience so much fun for the whole family. Overall, the service throughout the resort was exceptional. The staff are warm, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making our stay memorable. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to other families.

Our stay at Ventus Ha was absolutely outstanding from beginning to end. We have visited many Caribbean resorts over the years, and Ventus Ha easily ranks among the very best. The spa experience was exceptional. Celso and Ever have truly amazing hands and delivered some of the best massages we’ve ever had. The hydrotherapy circuit was equally impressive, and the team of Yesi, Manu, Lucy, Belen, and Guadalupe consistently ensured every visit felt relaxing, personalized, and five-star from start to finish. A special thank you to Moises, our concierge, whose warm welcome and constant attention made us feel valued throughout our stay. We were also incredibly impressed by the butler team—Indira, David, and Jesus—who went above and beyond to make every aspect of our vacation seamless and enjoyable. What truly sets Ventus Ha apart is the staff. Every team member we encountered was attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. They make you feel less like a guest and more like family returning home. The food was another highlight. The variety, quality, and presentation were among the best we have experienced at any Caribbean resort. Every meal was something to look forward to, with excellent options for every taste. “loved it”

Great resort, loved it would go back 100%. They actually watch and time those people who put towels on chairs at 6AM and don't come to use them until 10. There was a child at adults pool and they politely asked the father to leave. Food was amazing
