“Nice hotel in Cascais”

Nice hotel in Cascais- we appreciated being able to get a suite with a comfortable pull out couch for our son. Not too far to walk into the downtown area. Hotel was clean and had a nice modern feel with very helpful staff. The pastries served at breakfast were also delicious!

I have never ever encountered a hotel where every single member of staff was so polite and helpful all throughout our stay. Apart from the staff we found the hotel to be lovely. Very high quality, very clean and with great facilities and the good and drink were also excellent. Finally, Cascais is a hidden gem. Easy to get in to Lisbon (around 30 minutes in a taxi) and is on one of the nicest coastlines you will ever visit. It’s a real hidden gem. Can’t wait to go back and visit again. Thanks and well done to the hotel and all its staff!!

“Perfect , excellent stay in fantastic hotel”

The hotel is situated close to the main attraction of the city, close to the beach, promenade, architecture attractions. It is very clean peaceful hotel with well equipped gym. We have participated in a dinner during which fado concert was performed—it was amazing.

“Warm and Welcoming Portuguese Hospitality”

This was our first trip to Portugal. We stayed at Legacy Cascais for 9 nights as our “home base”. This was our first trip to Portugal. We stayed at Legacy Cascais for 9 nights as our “home base”. It’s in a great location - upon leaving, you could go in any direction and find lots of restaurants, shops, and cool scenery. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the train, which we took to Lisbon several times. The front desk/concierge team was outstanding. Literally, every single team member we encountered was pleasant, super helpful, and accommodating. The first gentleman we met when we arrived engaged us in a playful conversation about American football, which was a delightful surprise!! Our entire stay was lovely. The room was small but well appointed. We didn’t spend much time in the room, as we were out and about exploring every day. The bed was super comfy! We loved how there was a master light switch by the bed so we could shut off everything with one press. The bathroom was good sized, with a huge shower. There was a mini fridge and a safe, with a big closet for storing our clothes. Housekeeping was great, they even arranged a blanket I had brought with me into a cute bow on the made bed. ☺️ We were a bit nervous about our return flight, but the young lady who was at the desk when we inquired was super helpful and gave us crucial information that put us at ease for our return home. Since we had to check out at 3 am for our 6 am flight, we were offered a takeaway breakfast, which was really nice and convenient. All in all, it was a wonderful experience! We would stay here again.
