Let’s get the negative out of the way first: the staff at the front desk was not a highlight. Rude, dismissive and borderline angry every day we were there. And food options limited without a car. But now the positive: our room was very large and clean and so functional. Not luxury, but anything you needed was there. We loved having a kitchen and a separate living area and more. The weekend we were there was very quiet, but that was what we came for so it was perfect. No one taking up all the chairs at the pool, beach chairs readily available, seats at the restaurant a breeze. And the beach is so great. A cove that is perfect to swim and surrounded by lush tropical trees. Loved the puppies running around and all the cool birds. Restaurant staff was great. Friendly and informative. I’m a fan!

“Great place”

The place was well maintained. I didn’t realize it was timeshare; they have members park in preferred areas. They don’t have housekeeping everyday, which would be nice. It is a bit further from everything so you need a car. Otherwise we really enjoyed it. There was no one at the pool or beach. Ther… lisää

It is a bit further from everything so you need a car. Otherwise we really enjoyed it. There was no one at the pool or beach. There are plenty of activities on site to keep you busy.

Good and appealing front entrance and gardens. Car parking easy. Reception staff excellent. Room almost at the far end of the block on 2nd floor was OK but in common with the whole resort, needs updating. Bed comfortable, kitchen area a little small; and the fridge freezer small too. Good and appealing front entrance and gardens. Car parking easy. Reception staff excellent. Room almost at the far end of the block on 2nd floor was OK but in common with the whole resort, needs updating. Bed comfortable, kitchen area a little small; and the fridge freezer small too. Housekeeping is every other day; do for a 3 day stay we only had them once. They did a good job. Air conditioning very effective. Shower good too. Mahi Mahi restaurant by the beach was OK. The waiter was excellent but the food poor. Fish was warm and the fries were overcooked but hot; creole sauce cold. Large pool. Sun beds and those on the beach basic and no service offered. Makes one wonder what the Resort fee was to cover? We were pre-warned about the building works next door ; but it didn’t minimise the noise levels which were quite intrusive on a couple of days. The worst of the demolition noise was the constant beeping of the plant machinery. A bit disappointed in Hyatt as we expected better.
