“Love this hotel ”

Have been staying at this hotel for over 20 years - only once or twice a year. Perfectly placed. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. Rooms are always clean. I do not know how people can fault this hotel. Private, closed car park. Dogs at no extra charge. My daughter loves the balconies! Wo… lisää

“Like the parson's egg!”

This was a first time visit for my wife and me and, as the heading suggests, it was a mixed experience. The first impression was good, as the young man at Reception was courteous, helpful, and spoke some English. He was able to assure us that the square opposite was a safe place to leave our car. (This would not have been the case on two evenings of the week - I seem to recall Tuesday and Friday - as there is a market there on the following days). If the square is not available, there is a car-park for the hotel - at a cost of €8,00 per night! We went up to our room using the elevator and all looked good. Regretfully, this was not, in fact, the case. The major problem was with the en-suite. The good point, here, was the provision of some toiletries. However, there was no toilet seat - something that may be acceptable in shared facilities in a shopping centre, but totally unacceptable in an en-suite in a hotel! Then there was the shower! The slider bar was missing, and the shower-head just hung down on its piping. As for the hot water - I had to run the basin hot tap, at the same time as my wife had the shower control at its highest - and we still had to wait for some five minutes before the water was warm enough to be comfortable! With metered water, that establishment must have a very high water bill! Running the water into the basin was no problem - there was no plug for the drain! Again, something one almost expects in some places, but not in an en-suite! I did take some photographs - but the SD Card Reader in my laptop has suddenly decided not to recognise any SD Card that I insert! Sorry. Thankfully, the bed was comfortable, so we did enjoy a good night's sleep - after the noise from the square has subsided! The wi-fi was acceptable - but I had to go to Reception in order to acquire the access code, and to discover which of the multiple "Belazur" networks was the one that we should use! So, like the parson's egg, the Belazur was "good in parts". However, it is unlikely that we will use it again.

“Don’t go here”

This hotel is in very bad condition in my opinion should not be in operation.there aren’t any bedside lights toilet seat was broken carpet was filthy holes in walls generally would give you the creeps won’t be back
