“Last minute pin in the map success!”

We had three nights at this site at the end of August. It's small but my three boys (ages 5, 9 & 11) managed to make lots of friends at the park, swimming pool and on the bouncy castle. We had three nights at this site at the end of August. It's small but my three boys (ages 5, 9 & 11) managed to make lots of friends at the park, swimming pool and on the bouncy castle. The pool is great, good size and temperature, and we seemed to have it to ourselves when it would open at 10am. There is no shop but there is a supermarket only a five minute drive away. You can order fresh bread from the reception to collect the next morning but you will need cash and we did find it tricky to find a cash machine nearby. Otherwise, you can pay with your phone/card for everything else on site. We did two day trips - Wissant: Really lovely small coastal town but not too touristy. Lots of nice places to eat or just get ice cream/coffees. Nice beach with life guards on duty and helping keep the boys in the safe areas of the sea, and sand dunes to explore. Ambleteuse: Inspired by some of the concrete block houses we had seen in the dunes at Wissant, we visited the 1939-45 WWII museum here then went onto the beach to look in the rock pools. There's also a 17th century castle on the beach/rocks but it seems to only be open to the public on Saturdays so we just walked around it. Back to the site - the staff were lovely and helpful. The boys are already asking if we can go back there and I'm sure we will.

“Great campsite”

We have just returned from a 10 day stay here with our 4 children. Absolutely lovely campsite. Nice and clean and our pitch was great. There is a nice swimming pool, park and bouncy castle for the children. The restaurant on site serves great food and drink at reasonable prices. Really friendly guy… lisää

“Great quiet campsite in ideal location”

We stayed here for 1 night before catching the Tunnel. Great location only 30 mins away. Campsite in lovely peaceful location, great swimming pool for the kids and snack bar. Facilities are clean, lovely hot showers. I like the fact you just take off your shoes before entering the shower block whic… lisää

Facilities are clean, lovely hot showers. I like the fact you just take off your shoes before entering the shower block which ensures it stayed grit/ mud free. Would highly recommend.

“Relaxing”

Really lovely location. Very quiet and secluded although not far from major towns. Facilities (shower,toilets ect) were clean and very efficient and plenty of them. There was a restaurant that did not open untill 5pm not open during the day for a drink or food, the games room did not have the equ… lisää

Really lovely location. Very quiet and secluded although not far from major towns. Facilities (shower,toilets ect) were clean and very efficient and plenty of them. There was a restaurant that did not open untill 5pm not open during the day for a drink or food, the games room did not have the equipment for the games but I think this was due to guests not being respectful and things being broken or ping pong bats being taken. Overall a nice stay.
