I visited Roc for the first time with my sister for their girls night, had delicious drinks, appetizers (fish tacos are to die for), a beautiful beach view & great music. Since I have family living here, I visit Tulum often, but somehow I missed this hidden gem. I love visiting Tulum but I feel like there are some days where I just dont want the loud, busy party vibe….but I dont want a boring, sleepy beach day or beach night either. Roc hits that perfect sweet spot - its sexy, chill, and has class & sophistication. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous and so peaceful, so make sure your phone is charged up for fun photo shoots with friends. Roc is great for quality time with friends without the distractions you get at so many other beach clubs. I also heard they have some amazing mezcal tastings that I’ll be back for too 😊

“Excellent location and hotel.”

Our room had a wonderful sea view and we could walk out of the room, across the veranda and we were on the beach. “Great Location and very friendly staff”

My wife and I stayed here for a week and had a great time. The hotel location on the beach is amazing and the staff were always friendly, cheerful and most helpful! Only reason it is not a 5 star rating is the hotel does not offer much in dining, just a continental breakfast and take out lunches, b… lisää

Only reason it is not a 5 star rating is the hotel does not offer much in dining, just a continental breakfast and take out lunches, but as there are plenty of restaurants in walking distance it is not a big problem. We will be back there next time!

“Don’t hesitate to try it’s out!”

We stayed for 2 nights in a ground floor room behind the boat sheds, right behind the private beach. Having read the reviews we were really pleasantly surprised by the standard of the room which was very large with a big wet room and had everything you would want (fridge, air con, flip flops!) and… lisää

We stayed for 2 nights in a ground floor room behind the boat sheds, right behind the private beach. Having read the reviews we were really pleasantly surprised by the standard of the room which was very large with a big wet room and had everything you would want (fridge, air con, flip flops!) and very modern. Absolutely stunning position, just yards from the sea, but the room was also quiet - no noise from inside or outside the hotel, but maybe that was because we are at the end of the season. You do have to pay 27 euros to rent 2 sun beds and a parasol for the day (discounted from 30!) which is ridiculous but why would you need to when you have a deckchair on your terrace right in front of the beach!! Parking is also 15 euros per day. The free breakfast directly to your terrace was delicious. The bar area was small but nice for a quick drink before heading out in the evening. Which brings me to my only really negative thing to say - we wandered up the road to the restaurants at 8pm only to be told if you don’t have a reservation you can’t dine there - that was EVERY restaurant! I think the hotel should have told us this, as we had to walk the 15/20 minutes into the port area of Le Lavandou to find a restaurant and the walk involves LOTS of steps and a walk down a dark road, which was fine for us, but if you had young children, it would be quite hard going after a long day at the beach. Apart from that we absolutely loved it and would definitely come back.
