“Great city break and hotel”

We stayed 3 nights, room only in this hotel. It was clean and comfortable beds. The rooms have a safe, fridge and basic toiletries. We stayed 3 nights, room only in this hotel. It was clean and comfortable beds. The rooms have a safe, fridge and basic toiletries. There's also an umbrella which we needed as it was heavy rain one day. We asked for a kettle , cups , spoons , glasses etc and was provided by housekeeping. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from port lympia tram and as our room was ready we got checked in early by Eugene. She's a really friendly receptionist and welcomed us. The tram from the airport is about 30 minutes journey. The hotel had a DJ on the Friday and Saturday nights and we always went there for a drink at the end of the night. It was busy but we were fortunate to get a seat at the bar each time. The place was packed for one's eating food. At the port area there are a few places to eat / drink. Place Du Pin is less than 10 minutes walk from the hotel and there you will find lots of restaurants and bars - very lively in the evening and so much choice. Some have offers on with set menus. We went to Monte Carlo on the train for the day and the station is also only 5 minutes walk from the hotel and about 20 minutes on the train. A great place to visit, beautiful marina / yachts. There are a couple of bakeries about 2 minutes walk from the hotel and that's where we got our breakfast- pan au chocolat/ croissants/ bread - all very tasty. Also a local supermarket across the road. Old town Nice and Ezé was worth visiting and also the beach- especially when it's lovely & sunny. It was our first time in Nice and we really enjoyed it and also the mama shelter hotel was somewhere we'd definitely come back to. They have different offers on their website so be sure to check them out. Be sure to buy your train or tram ticket in advance and make sure you validate your ticket on the day of travel. We also used uber a couple of times and it was also excellent service. Take comfy walking shoes and check the weather before hand . We had sun, rain , wind all in one weekend. We loved- the building - the lobby - our room ( although I d prefer a higher floor) room 3 suited all our need! Small but compact nice shower room and no t any noise from the street very well isolated. We needed the room warmer so we rand reception and it got turned up but shower room still cold . The lighting for us ladies( make up ) is not great! But we loved it Special thank you to Eugenie and Valere but the whole TEAM ( restaurant and bar) was FABULOUS

“Vibes are immaculate, customer service is 10/10”

Everything about this hotel was amazing. The vibes are immaculate. The staff are SO friendly and SO helpful. Literally all of them. Two staff I remember the names on Jonathan and Leina in the bar - they were sooooo friendly. Customer service really is top class here. The bar area is so so much fun … lisää
