Large flat screen TV with about 60 channels Bathroom was very clean and spacious, but needed a shower tray and curtain as the floor stayed wet 24 hrs a day so you get wet socks when using toilet. Large flat screen TV with about 60 channels Bathroom was very clean and spacious, but needed a shower tray and curtain as the floor stayed wet 24 hrs a day so you get wet socks when using toilet. No light over mirror so shaving difficult with only small ceiling light These are cheap additions that would improve the quality of the room, rather than being faults that the customer sees. Pool was small but adequate for a cooling plunge in the evening. Used the attached restaurant 2 days and were presented with 6 meals that in some way or another were not what was ordered. My beer came in a freezer glass with so much crushed ice that I had a two inch beer with a 6 inch "hard froth smoothie" on top. Would recommend using the place about 400m away called Sit In which provided far better food and drink.

“Nice hotel, low price”

Practic and clean with friendly staff. We felt welcome and enjoyed our stay. Not all reception staff spoke English, but there was always at least one present that did. Practic and clean with friendly staff. We felt welcome and enjoyed our stay. Not all reception staff spoke English, but there was always at least one present that did. Not very well, but enough for basic needs. Breakfast at a restaurant in the same building. Be early if you want to choose which meal you want as they are limited. I could not see that the roof garden was acceccable and I saw no-one using the pool or the area around it. We ended up just socialising with our friends outside in the entrance areas. We used the hotels laundry service and ended up loosing some clothes and also getting some clothes that weren't ours. I suppose this is one of the better hotels in Surin. We stayed here for four nights in July and would choose this hotel again.

“Hot shower water required.”

Could be very good, pleasant clean room but shower water cold. Aircon worked effectivkey. Restaurant Thai food , breakfast eggs same temperature as shower. In room. Pool looks good but in shade. Friendly staff.

“good place for an extended stay”

in an older part of town but very contemporary hotel, my wife had all her family come and visit and staff were happy to have the children swim in the pool with no charge, resturant was very clean and good service, i messed up the booking and had to stay an extra night, staff were too polite to say … lisää
