“A bit basic but clean”

People are very friendly , will keep on going back there as long as we can , fantastic pool and you can sit undercover and have a snack and a drink if you want to get out of the sun , nothing is to much for the ones in charge

I stayed at this resort for a week in July, as I was meeting family over there. I regularly go to Turkey because my parents love it, and with a sister visiting from Australia it was great to stay in a resort where we could all be catered to. The staff are very helpful, and the food at the pool bar is great. My sister has two kids, and they seemed to have a great friendship with the staff. The resort is not too far away from Altinkum town, such as Dolphin Square. Every night we walked from the resort to Ataturk Boulevard, and took regular walks into the town. If you like walking, it’s a good place to stay. The weather is of course good enough to walk! But there are options to get taxi’s, and taxi’s always knew where to come. The pool is clean and a decent size, however by afternoon it gets full pretty quickly and can be very noisy. During our stay, there were a lot of kids running around with out parents from 12 until late. We didn’t spend much time around the pool because it wasn’t entirely relaxing. When I did try, I was regularly retrieving pool balls for people in the water, and didn’t have much time to just zone out and relax. The rooms are clean, and our apartment was spacious. We didn’t have cleaners come in whilst we stayed, but that wasn’t an issue to me personally. It was nice to be able to lie in without having a knock on the door! Patio furniture was broke and could cause an accident, but that was just our experience. It’s a nice place to stay if you’ve got kids, but if you’re hoping to relax a bit it might be a bit loud! But it’s very accommodating, and a good place.

“Lovely complex but spoiled by a few that play music so loud ”

This place could easily be a 4 star if the Management were to enforce rules on loud music. Posted around the complex it states no loud music after 2200 hrs. This place could easily be a 4 star if the Management were to enforce rules on loud music. Posted around the complex it states no loud music after 2200 hrs. We contacted the Manager on a couple of occasions that claims midnight is acceptable. It's impossible to sleep before the music stops if you have an apartment overlooking the pool. Unless we close all of the apartment Windows we can't even watch TV as its played so loud. With the acception of this it has a beautiful pool and the apartments are Spacious and. Bright. There is a lift to all levels too which is a bonus.

“Far Out of Town”

I am disabled and can't walk far. I pick this apartment hotel as close to Altikum how wrong was I. The only saving grace was the lira exchange rate 7.80 to the£ and it only cost 20 lira to Dolphin Square. The apartment is mostly sold to private buyers with only 3 or 4 to let. I am disabled and can't walk far. I pick this apartment hotel as close to Altikum how wrong was I. The only saving grace was the lira exchange rate 7.80 to the£ and it only cost 20 lira to Dolphin Square. The apartment is mostly sold to private buyers with only 3 or 4 to let. It has steep steps down to the complex with 3 blocks a,b & c I was in B on the third floor . The apartment is a basic self catering unit. It has a pool bar with a very basic menu egg sausage chips type of food. If you arrive late at night try and buy some drinking water before you arrive as the pool bar will be closed.
