This is a lovely hotel, spotlessly clean, staff friendly and welcoming. The service is excellent too. The buffet food is tasty and plentiful. The room is spacious with a comfortable bed and a stunning sea view. The only bad points are the minute balcony and the safe on the floor in the wardrobe which is impossible to reach if you have mobility issues. I would happily recommend this hotel.

“Amazing”

Just arrived home yesterday from an amazing holiday at this hotel. We were in room 3303 with a side sea view and also overlooking the mountains and rooftops of Calis. Just arrived home yesterday from an amazing holiday at this hotel. We were in room 3303 with a side sea view and also overlooking the mountains and rooftops of Calis. The room was spacious, very clean and we were greeted with some beautiful towel art on arrival. I never met our cleaner but I hope she knows how much we appreciated her for making our room lovely and restocking our fridge every day. Food in the main restaurant was fine. Breakfast you could have eggs every way imaginable. Turkish sausages but no bacon. Lots of fresh fruits, cooked meats, cereal, freshly made waffles etc... we used the snack bar for lunches and at night the main restaurant once again had plenty to choose from. Once again the staff were amazing. Sunbeds at the pool are a nightmare with almost all taken by towels and no people by 8am. I really hate people doing this and not showing up for hours. The hotel should really implement a 10am rule and stick to it. 10am rule is any bed with a towel on it before 10am but theres nobody on the bed then the towel should be removed ... this rule has worked brilliantly at a lot of hotels I have stayed at. We ended up using the beach for all but 1 day of our holiday and to be honest it was beautiful and we even saw a dolphin jumping out the sea and horses on the beach. Cant comment on the daytime activities as we were at the beach but the evening entertainment was pretty decent with some good bands. We also played quite a few games of table tennis and pool which are free. Barstaff at both the pool and inside bars were incredible and made us some beautiful cocktails. There are a few cats around the hotel which I loved as I have 3 at home. I never tired of seeing them especially 2 which I fell in love with and one ( we called him Captain Jack) used to come to the beach with us and share my sunbed... take loads of cat treats as they will appreciate it .. Would we return... yes, in a heartbeat. We had probably the best holiday we have ever had and will be looking to definitely come back here.

“Happy days again!”

This was our second visit in 8 months and we will be back again, no doubt - amazing staff and superb food and drinks. This was our second visit in 8 months and we will be back again, no doubt - amazing staff and superb food and drinks. From start to finish everyone at the hotel made us feel so welcome - the hotel management should be very proud of all their staff! The rooms are spacious and well looked after - Thanks Fatma who looked after our room every day. All the Restaurants' staff are very friendly, attentive and really look after you. Breakfasts, lunches and dinners in the main restaurant were always a great experience for us. Huge thanks to Mustapha, Sema, Urgucan and everyone in the main dining room for looking after us every day. We ate in the Italian a-la-carte and this was also superb - thanks to Ismail and the staff here. All the bar staff were equally attentive and looked after us - huge thanks to the Bar Manager Mehmet, and all the brilliant people here working very hard - Bekiyan (misspelled I'm sorry), Eki and everyone. Umit the Night Manager as always made sure we all were having a great time and looked after us - thank you. Svetlana the guest relations manager was fantastic, friendly and very professional, making sure we had the room we requested prior to arrival and booking the a-la-carte for us. Thanks to everyone and we will be back for sure.

“Great stay with a couple of issues”

Although we had a fantastic stay here there were a couple of issues we would like to mention. Although we had a fantastic stay here there were a couple of issues we would like to mention. It was almost midnight when we arrived and the first room we were given was a disabled room (we aren’t) which had the most awful smell coming from the drains in the bathroom. We went to reception to be told it wasn’t a disabled room and that no other rooms were available until the next day so we had to sleep with the disgusting smell. We were offered a different room the next day which was so much better but not a great start. Also the first impression when you walk into the hotel is not great with a pool table and table tennis table right at the door. However that said once you go through the hotel the pool area is brilliant and the sun loungers are very comfortable . The restaurant is spacious and clean with lovely views out to sea. The views on the promenade are beautiful. The food was lovely and the hotel staff were absolutely brilliant. There were premium brands at the bar and the cocktails were mixed properly -not premixed syrup. The entertainment we saw was really good. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to return but would ask for a room on a higher floor with a sea view.
